As a homeowner, I had a deck that was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I am afraid of snakes, and they like to stay under decks, so I was looking at my options. I went into Kearney Crete and Block and was happy to find out that I liked the look and longevity of pavers and better yet the ones that I kept going back to were on sale. Also as installation was not in my family's forte, I inquired about installation and was given names of companies and contact information to call and request a quote. Two companies were able to come out within two weeks and give quotes. The contractor coordinated with Kearney Crete and Block on all materials needed, after all I did not know that those black boarders were needed, and my materials were delivered on time. My pavers installed with a slight delay due to rain (mother nature doesn't always cooperate). I love my patio and will continue to enjoy it in the years to come. I was told that the trucks were stopped and 10 min later I look out at the road and see another truck. I tell them again to stop sending trucks and again they say the stopped. Once again 10 min later another truck shows up. We ended up wasting 10 yards of concrete because of this and when I called to ask for either money off of what I already had to pay for for their screw up or a discount on my next order they said it wasn't their fault that we were behind.

They cut the trim too short on some windows exposing the wood beneath. Some of the trim edges don't match up. Each window was caulked VERY badly. We asked them to come back to fix it. Weeks and weeks later they showed up and 'fixed' it when we were gone. The caulking job is still horrendous and the wood still exposed. Now I have to go back and paint around every window because the caulking is still smeared all over. I am embarrassed if anyone gets close to my windows! I would never use them again.
