    Normally I don't write reviews; however, I was so impressed with the professionalism and timely…read moredelivery by the staff at Kearney Crete and Block, I felt it was time to give kudos where they are earned and deserved. As a homeowner, I had a deck that was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I am afraid of snakes, and they like to stay under decks, so I was looking at my options. I went into Kearney Crete and Block and was happy to find out that I liked the look and longevity of pavers and better yet the ones that I kept going back to were on sale. Also as installation was not in my family's forte, I inquired about installation and was given names of companies and contact information to call and request a quote. Two companies were able to come out within two weeks and give quotes. The contractor coordinated with Kearney Crete and Block on all materials needed, after all I did not know that those black boarders were needed, and my materials were delivered on time. My pavers installed with a slight delay due to rain (mother nature doesn't always cooperate). I love my patio and will continue to enjoy it in the years to come. Thank you to all of the employees at Kearney Crete and Block, I will return for my next project. Kathy

    I ordered concrete from this company. We were behind schedule and I asked for them to stop…read moredelivering trucks more than once so we could get caught up and not waste concrete. I was told that the trucks were stopped and 10 min later I look out at the road and see another truck. I tell them again to stop sending trucks and again they say the stopped. Once again 10 min later another truck shows up. We ended up wasting 10 yards of concrete because of this and when I called to ask for either money off of what I already had to pay for for their screw up or a discount on my next order they said it wasn't their fault that we were behind.

So my wife drove up there today to pick it up. She gets there and they tell her that they are just now unloading the truck, so to give them 45 minutes. So my wife comes back about an hour later, and they tell her that our range is not on the truck. They tell her that it will not be there until March 14th. Never bothered to send an email saying that it was delayed. So I called up there to find out more info, cause I was at work in Grand Island. Went back and fourth with their Manager. Not once did she apologize, or offer to help fix the problem. Instead, she hangs up on me. So I call back and ask to speak to a different Manager. The guy has the nerve to say that they have every right to hang up on a customer if we treat them like crap. I didn't do anything but try and find out why our Range wasn't there, and why the delay was not communicated with us. Instead they put it all on us and told us it was our problem. The guy ended up hanging up on me too. I will NEVER do business there again. Or any Sears for that matter. We are cancelling our order and will be ordering from a company that actually cares about it's customers. Even if that means spending a little more. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
