What a waist of money! Got in touch with the company to find it will be $65 and he has one job to…read moredo before he's available. An hour and a half later I call to see what's up. They inform me he may be a half hour more he's cleaning up. I arrive at my house to see he's there. After an hour of trying to get in he can't unlock either the front or back door. But I have the option to have a door lock broken to get in. Replacing the broken lock would be at out expense. My sliding door is so old a replacement probably wouldn't even be available. Having to work and leaving the front door unlocked sounded just as bad. My husband and I didn't really like our only option. So after failing to unlock my house I'm still charged the full price. I was stunned and upset, my husband was pissed. So 20 minutes of arguing later my husband pleads for a discount for a poor job and is offered $10 off. A bad day that just kept getting worse!

I was stuck in McCook when my motorcycle key broke in two at a gas station. Terry was recommended…read moreby some locals. He responded to my location almost immediately and assessed the situation. He took my broken key to see if he had a blank that he could use for a replacement. He had a blank that was close, but not an exact match. Despite the difficulty of the situation, he was able to get the blank to work well enough to allow me to get into my luggage and retrieve my phone, etc. Meanwhile he checked on line and made phone calls trying to locate the correct key. This key was necessary to operate the ignition. When it became obvious that it would not be possible to get the correct key for some time (days), he even had someone give me ride to a motel where I waited for my son to drive up from the Denver area with my spare key. From my experience, I can't imagine a better, more helpful, or nicer guy, to have in a crisis like I had. Thanks, again, Terry. Gene, Fort Lupton, CO.
