I had my first appointment with her the other day. The folks working at reception were kind. The nurse (?) who brought me back to my appointment room unfortunately wasn't very friendly. I believe my appointment was categorized incorrectly when it was booked (which may have been an error on my part) -- when I explained the reason for my visit, she explained that they probably wouldn't be able to see me for that because "it wasn't what I scheduled my appointment for." I politely explained that I must've made a mistake and was very apologetic, but her tone of voice/overall attitude had rude undertones. Her attitude caused me to become a bit emotional (which is pretty unusual for me), and once that happened, her demeanor and attitude slightly shifted and she was a bit nicer... After that interaction, I was nervous about meeting with Dr. Dvorak. I worried that she would also have the same unfriendly tone with me... Turns out she was the exact opposite! Dr. Dvorak was immediately caring, kind, and welcoming. She was professional, yet warm -- truly what I believe a women's doctor (or any provider for that matter) should be. She intently listened to me and treated me with respect. I felt very comfortable with her. It can be nerve wracking switching to a new doctor, but I would highly recommend Dr. Dvorak to anyone. I plan to continue seeing her for my annual check ups!

She's kind, smart and all about making sure you understand what she's doing and why. I so appreciate that. Dr. Foltz has also helped me get through a miscarriage and complete molar pregnancy. These were dark days for my family and we had so many questions. Dr Foltz and her nurse Cindy, were there every step of the way. I would literally get personal calls from Dr Foltz or Cindy just to check in and make sure I was doing OK. With the molar pregnancy I was at the lab doing test 2 times a week for 8weeks. It can be agonizing waiting for results, but Dr Foltz and Cindy would usually get me test results in 24-48 hours to ease my mind. I can't tell you how much this meant to my husband and I helped decrease stress. Dr Foltz cares...like for real. Plus she is super nice and cool and feels like a friend. To me this type of care is priceless and I'm forever grateful.

Her calm nature makes it easier for me to talk to her. We talked about my problem and opted for surgery before my wedding. She said next year she will deliver my baby. Great vote of confidence from a doctor! Needless to say, I highly recommend her.

I've had two complicated pregnancies, both needing NSTs and extra ultrasounds and testing and everyone was amazing and helpful. With my last pregnancy, the receptionist worked with my schedule to make sure I got all of the NST times I needed so I could make it for pickup for my older two kids. Dr Cook is great. He doesn't "sugar coat" and I appreciate a direct but tactful approach with my medical care. He always answers my questions and takes the time to make sure all of my concerns are addressed. He was excellent during both of my pregnancies, and despite gestational diabetes, he did not make me feel like I couldn't have the birth I wanted. During both of my c sections he was wonderful at making me feel calm and prepared. His post-op care was wonderful as well. I appreciated him talking to me on the way back to the room after surgery and reminding me that everything went well and my shivering was all normal. Anytime I had concerns during my hospital stay, he was quick to address them and make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and Evergreen Women's Care - they're the absolute best!

I saw her before as a single woman moving to the area, through getting married, and having both of my boys (one of which Dr Fallah did the c section). Unfortunately the reason I am leaving this negative review and leaving the clinic is because I have been trying to get a regular annual appointment with her for over 4 months. I was told in the spring doctors are not currently scheduling any annual appointments at the time because priority is being given to women who are pregnant. I completely understood and having been seen here when I was pregnant that should be a priority. However I continued to call when they did open on the 1st of each month and could not get an appointment with Dr Fallah and was told to call again at the beginning of the following month. I did this for about 3 months until I agreed to see an NP instead. That appointment was then cancelled a month later and I'm told to call again next month to schedule for January. I will have gone an entire year without my annual appointment by then and I will not continue to play this game. Dr Fallah you have been a wonderful doctor but you guys need to get your scheduling in order and respect the non pregnancy patients who have had loyalty to your clinic for a long time. I live in Issaquah and made the drive for years and throughout my pregnancies and births to drive all the way out to Totem Lake. Not doing it anymore and I will find somewhere closer and a clinic who does show their patients respect. Goodbye!

Often at the doctors, it can feel rushed or like you have limited time to ask what you need, this was NOT the case here, each appointment I met with Dr. Tran, she would give me thorough explanations and ask if I had any questions while giving us moments to think. While they were chronically busy and the waiting room was full, I rarely was seen behind schedule or left waiting as I've seen on a few reviews. On top of the wonderful care I received during my pregnancy, my birth experience was great all things considered. I ended up needing an urgent (soon to be emergent) c section which was obviously not ideal or wanted although they made sure to do their best to make me comfortable and dr Tran was quick to act and did her best to make me feel safe and well cared for, and I felt like she had the confidence that a mother in distress needed to see.

I have never encountered such unprofessional, condescending, and disrespectful behavior from a medical provider. When I tried to explain my concerns and advocate for my health, she repeatedly spoke to me in an aggressive tone, asking, "Who's the doctor, you or me?" Rather than feeling heard or supported, I felt completely dismissed and belittled. Her behavior made me so uncomfortable that I ultimately walked out of my appointment without receiving care. Patients should never feel intimidated or disrespected for asking questions about their own health. Compassion, professionalism, and basic respect should be the bare minimum in healthcare. I would not recommend this provider.

The anesthesia will very likely be out of pocket cost, but it was worth every penny! Now for the rest of my review: After experiencing horrendous care at other OBGYN facilities in my more local area, I was first terrified to change to this location for an IUD procedure but I was recommended it by a friend. The doctor called me ahead of my procedure to answer any questions and he was super kind over the phone making me feel so much more comfortable. Day of the procedure there was a bit of a wait as it was filled with appointments. But the waiting room was nice as we all got to watch a Netflix show to pass the time. Once I was called in, the staff were very nice and very efficient to get me ready. And the anesthesiologist was so funny my nerves were completely settled before they put me under. Next I remember being fully dressed and they guided me to a low lit room with comfortable recliners that had such a peaceful ambience. The nurses were kind to answer my questions I had about how the procedure went while I was in that room which was promptly followed by the doctor who did my procedure. She came in to ask how I felt and how I was doing and I just felt an overwhelming sense of care and compassion at this facility that I've never experienced before anywhere else in medical care, I nearly cried from how happy I was. (That could have also been the after effects of the anesthesia but the emotions were still genuine). I was sent home with a little bag of overnight pads and information on my IUD device. My pain levels after never got above a 2/10, and they sent me home with a pain meds prescription for the following few days to address any cramping I might feel. I cannot put into words how thankful I am to this facility, the staff, and the doctors that made my experience here incredible, and comfortable, and safe. I don't care how long of a drive it is for me, I will always only go to this place for OBGYN needs in the future.

When we decided to start again, we trasnferred our records over to Poma and really appreciated the process. The online portal system worked well for us and the nurses are super quick to respond. All of the staff that we worked with, from front desk, blood draws, exams, retrieval, and transfers, were all very professional and patient with my questions. Sometimes the doctors were quick during a scan, but I always felt the nurses were available for clarification on questions. I appreciated that they are open everyday of the week, because they know that your cycle isn't going to align with a work week. Paying out of pocket seemed to be the only frustrating thing, as sometimes you get a bill for something that happened months ago. The online portal to pay is easy though, so no issues. Also, keep in mind that medications are always extra. Add about $5k to the amount they quote, but definitely use the online pharmacy and rebate programs they recommend. Ending with a pregnancy is a success in my book.

This isn't entirely their fault but I really wish it was more normalized to ask if it's ok to have a doctor of the opposite sex for your reproductive health care. Because I was uncomfortable to be thrown into a room for my consult with a male doctor. Not his fault, he was great and very professional... I just personally have a huge trauma issue with it and I would of appreciated being asked first out of curtesy because I'm sure there's millions of other woman with this request as well. Even though the male doctor I had was professional and very knowledgeable on everything... I told him twice I did not want to proceed with any treatment or testing at this time. And that my husband and I want to focus on his testing first as it was much easier and cheaper to do for now. But regardless of being asked twice in person, I was also email about it twice. Feels very pushy and weird. After my husband had his tests done it took 2.5 weeks, 4-5 phone unanswered phone calls, 2 voicemails and 1 portal message to get a response.... Absolutely not ok. And finally when they did upload his results to the portal (which is horrible to navigate btw)... it gave very vague information to where they told him he had to come in and make another appointment just for them to explain that he was fine.... Overall: - The client portal is so hard to use and not helpful at all. - the environment for me felt pushy and disrespectful - the communication between staff and client is HORRIBLE - completely disorganized staff This is a very vulnerable field of medicine. And as the client you HAVE to feel safe and comfortable with all the things that go along with fertility and reproductive care.... At the end of the day I did not feel that even slightly. Will not ever go back to them.
