Makeup application felt good and worked well for my event. I didn't love the lashes and removed them before the event. Unsure of what alternate options would be available.

She didn't greet me with a smile or even a simple "welcome" just a flat "Do you have an appointment?" It felt cold, uninviting, and honestly, left me questioning whether I was even wanted there. As someone new to the salon, that kind of energy really matters it sets the tone for the entire visit. That said, the stylist who did my hair was truly lovely warm, professional, and talented. She made the experience better, and I'm grateful for that. But the receptionist left such a negative first impression that I honestly don't see myself coming back. If you're trying to grow a loyal client base, the first point of contact should reflect the hospitality and quality of the service inside. I hope management takes a closer look at who's representing their brand at the front desk.

The online booking can be a bit much and confusing, but still better than having to call in to make an appointment. What I find frustrating is the gratuity. The MIDDLE pre-calculated gratuity was 28%. Does it say that it's 28%? No. Usually the pre-calculated amounts are 15% on the left, 18% in the middle, and 20% on the right or something similar. I would even accept 18% / 20% / 22%, but 28% as the middle?! That's crazy.
