One of the items we fell in love with was a large framed canvas to hang over her sofa. Unfortunately, all three pieces had visible damage. We asked the cashier if we could receive a discount being there weren't any additional undamaged pieces. Not expecting much, we were pleasantly surprised when the manager visited and offered to take 50% off with the condition it would be a final sale. My cousin purchased the painting and we did our best to conceal the damage to the frame before hanging it. It really is a perfect addition to her home! We also located a really pretty lamp during our light fixture search that matches her picture frame beautifully. Finally, we picked out some odds and ends and were able to find most of what she needed over the course of two shopping trips. The selection of merchandise is good and the customer service is great. I recommend shopping here when searching for home decor.

Being back to school shopping season is no excuse for how messy and disastrous each and every department was. The shoe department was especially bad. Prices were marked completely different RIGHT. ON. THE SHOE. from what scanned. You would open a shoe box and find a different shoe or size inside. The dressing rooms looked like someone emptied their entire closet and just threw things everywhere. The bedding department had sale signs under items that were not on sale at all. Thankgod for the Kohls app to find out the real prices of things or there would be huge issues come time to check out. My mom and I were so frustrated with all of the disarray we couldn't stand to stay very long or complete our shopping trip.

All of their stuff is in GREAT shape and they have well-known brands such as Vera Bradley and others!! The majority of their clothes still have the tags on them!!! And the prices are very fair. I came in looking for a tulle skirt. Unfortunately, they didn't have one. I shopped around a little bit and I got two pairs of gym pants (brand new still with the tags on them), a few tank tops, a sweater, a cook book, and an iron for suuuuuper cheap! I was planning on going to Old Navy for some workout clothes but I didn't need to after coming here! And their stuff is half as much as you would pay at Old Navy & better quality and brands!!
