I've tried contacting them by phone, email and even got the better business bureau involved just to get my refund and they still have not responded it is now June 10th and I haven't heard from them or received my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable they are scammers and to make matters even worse they do a shit job on people's hair. I will keep contacting them until I get my refund.

For a Dry Cut, No Styling. No Wash. $45. That is a 37% mark up, in case anybody did the math. On the way out I asked the girl wiping the door down what's up with the price jump. She said, "Oh, they were supposed to tell you when you made the appointment." They did not. Good thing i had the cash (barely), as they are not taking cards. Not sure if i'm staying.
