The tents were absolutely beautiful, sturdy and spacious. The coverage is great. The chairs were also beautiful and sturdy. It added a nice elegant look to our event. Also, we loved the wood dance floor. BK rentals products are the real deal and the prices are great. Customer Service: The owner Bryon was extremely nice and so helpful. He answered all the questions we had from start to finish and I had a million questions lol. He respondes quickly and is very professional. He also took the time to stop by the event location to look at the layout a week before our event. We were a little worried about the layout for the tents and he give us many options. The delivery and pick-up was on time and went smoothly. Overall: I would definitely recommend BK rentals to anyone in the area. You will NOT be disappointed. The gazebo and pond backdrop for the ceremony are stunning. I, the groom, spent 6 hours the day before my wedding pulling weeds out of centerpiece garden beds, blowing and raking leaves, and cleaning the reflection pool. Your permanent tenants were incredibly rude to me and my wedding party on multiple occasions, and someone (I'm going to assume your tenants) called the police on is to lodge a noise complaint. You guys are great at running the inside of the house; but if you're going to be wedding venue hosts, you need to make some drastic changes.
