So when I am out and about and find that I need something, I usually check to see if there is an Ace Hardware nearby; and that's how I ended up in this one. We had just put a property under contract to buy and the owner only had one key. We needed at least one spare to put into a lock box hung on the door and drove over here to have one made. It was easy to find and as I went in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. I asked to get a copy of the key made and was directed to where the machine was and quickly had the spare key made, paid for, and in my hand as I left the store...all in under five minutes. And the best part was the key they made for me fit and worked! As with my local Ace, they were helpful and friendly and quickly got me on my way.

They have helped us with so many issues and recommendations over the years and saved us so much money. They recently helped my husband with our pump and when that did not work they recommended someone to replace the foot valve and pipe down in the welll cap and the gentleman also replaced piping under the crawl space- saved us from a new well costing thousand of dollars and the gentleman was very reasonable with cost! Absolutely beyond five stars for our favorite hardware. The knowledge the guys have and the people they know along with their reputation and honesty is extremely hard to come by today. Thank you so much Johnnys!!!

Not make a mistake and be upset and have to rush to the store. I took it to the Burton store today 3/17/23 and was greeted by Alexis. My first impression was what a nice, happy person to wait on me. From there my needs were met by this wonderful person. In no time I was walking out the door with a smile on my face completely happy! If you need any kind of help I suggest you go to the Burton store and ask for Alexis to help you! You will not be sorry! AT&T should be very happy to have such a wonderful employee! He had been the primary on the account. We had made a total of five trips to the above mentioned stores and received poor customer service and were ready to switch our plan completely. At the insistence of my sister we gave Verizon one last shot to solve a problem we were having with my Mom's camera on her phone and a problem of the phone shutting on and off on its own which was inherent in the LG G4s. When we got to the store the technician/assistant manager Ethan went above and beyond to help answer all of our questions and make sure we stayed loyal to Verizon by making sure we remained happy with our service. He helped us better tailor our plan so we weren't paying for services we didn't need and that we weren't paying for gigs of data we didn't use. After we got the replacement phone for my mom's phone in the mail, we went into Verizon there in Davison and were helped by an employee named Cheyenne who was equally helpful. she helped my mom reload all of her stuff that had been saved to the cloud that Ethan had saved for her and was very personable. These two employees and this store make us feel like maybe there's some hope for Verizon yet.
