They charge an up front fee for estimates depending on your zip code when others give them for free. Avoid them. They try to lock you into a contract before any work is accomplished. There were no clear policies for cancellation. Everything was done by phone. When this company discovered my review they posted pictures of my home in a threatening manner on all 4 sides including the background. I believe this was done in a threatening manner to intimidate me since I had cancelled the work 24 hours before so there was no reason to come to my home. Stay away!!!

After I contacted him to find out what was going on, here is the response I received: "Hi We would not going to able to do it sir, we are really booked sorry. We finished late yesterday and we are working today and won't be able to make it." I then asked when he would be coming out. Here is the next response: "We are not going to be able to do it sorry." Look at the title. Does this seem professional to you? The company should retitle itself to, "Totally Unreliable Lawn Care Services", because that is exactly what it is.

But seriously, we have hired John and his team numerous times over the past few years and they have always done exactly what they promised in an efficient and uber-friendly manner. This company has done everything from hauling away old appliances to constructing a rock driveway for us. They are experts at trimming up trees, removing dead trees, landscaping, flood mitigation and pretty much anything else you throw their way. Most recently, John and his team helped prepare our rental property for sale. -- There have been a couple of times that we've called John about projects that weren't his specialty, including a couple of projects that would have paid significantly, and he responded accordingly.
