Pelaez Renovations responded the next day and came to the house on Saturday, July 20. I had an estimate later that day and work was scheduled for the following Saturday. The other two firms never responded at all. I was responsible for materials and had already purchased several decorative tiles. Juan Pelaez sent me photos and descriptions of exactly what additional tiles, mastic, grout and caulk I needed. Today, July 27, Juan and his helper arrived at the house at 8:00 AM. Five hours later the job was finished. Juan was meticulous and precise in his work and was careful to clean up afterwards. This was a small job, only 12.5 SF. It looks great and the total cost was just over $800, 30 percent of which was the decorative tile.

The worked at it.. cut the drywall, replaced it with a cement board and then laid the mural! It looks beautiful! They vacuumed, cleaned up , put protective parr on floor... I just can't say enough good things about them!

Do NOT use for painting kitchen cabinets. Horrible experience, poor quality. It's been less than a…read moreyear and nearly every cabinet and drawer has paint chipping off. We experienced the chipping immediately. The painter did not sand or prime our cabinets. The painter claimed the one coat paint/primer would work. It didn't. At first, Indigo Bloom was responsive and sent their contract painter back out. The painter recommended we buy knob plates to protect against nicks and chips. Not a reasonable solution to paint chipping off drawers and doors not near the knobs. After complaining further, Indigo Bloom sent the painter a second time to remove all our doors and added a stronger sealer. We were told our cabinets would now be protected from normal wear and tear. 11 months later the paint keeps chipping off.

Terrible experience! Requested quote for tile for…read morebacksplash and 12x10 sunroom brand new so shouldn't have had any issues was told " job could be done in 2 -3 days max" no payment required until job done! 5 days later My tile is not even a quarter done and Mason finally shows up for first time to job asking for 1k to pay his guys.. That was first warning sign! He hired someone with ZERO experience guy wasted 3 boxes of tile! Was his first week on the job not once did Mason come by to check on progress.. When I complained Mason told me he was sending his ' best' guy to finish.. He sent people who never worked for him before and told them not to tell me that information! AGAIN not ONCE did he come by to check work in progress!! New installers called him repeatedly and got no answer or was told he couldn't talk.. Mason tried upselling telling me we had mold...My AC guy came by for fall annual 2 days later and told me NO mold just a little dust! Now, all I have to show for it is a big hole in my ceiling. This guy is shady as they come beware!! Like everyone else says on here it's excuse after excuse with this guy! For the record this job was for a sunroom I just had done by another contractor who was exceptional!
