I travel quite a bit for work, and this cab service is miles ahead of the rest. These folks deliver consistent, Grade A+ service time and time again. From early am pickups, to airport runs, late night accommodations, family pickups, etc. - they do it all, and flawlessly. I can't say enough about the hospitality that Tali has afforded me and my family. I've even entrusted him with picking my mother up from the Sacremento airport. It took awhile for me to get in touch with her but she took swift action. I always use a yellow cab because they use meters so you know they are fair (most companies use a flat rate, there was one other cab company who got great reviews on Yelp but wanted to charge me $50 to go two blocks to a hotel in Sacramento from the train station because it was after midnight and I couldn't get anything else and told me honestly that he did because he could because Uber and Lyft decimated all the cab companies and I contemplated as an older Asian female I would walk the two blocks and if a mugger came up to me I would wave my arms about and say hiya, hiya, I know karate but didn't have to as a kind driver from Davis taxi who I wrote a great review on here took me gratis) and Yellow uphold certain standards for the behavior of their drivers.

Abdul tracked my flight, we stayed in touch, and he was right there ready to pick me up as we discussed. - Safe -- Abdul is a safe driver. Reasonable speed (not slow but not too fast); no sudden turns; no abrupt braking. It was a smooth ride because he drove well and paid attention. And he was definitely not checking his phone while driving other than to glance at navigation toward the end of the trip once we got deeper into my neighborhood. - Clean and Comfortable -- his car was very comfortable and impeccably clean. He made sure to provide bottled water for his passengers just in case. - Accommodating -- we didn't need to stop, but he let me know upfront that (despite our many hours of delay) he would be happy to make any stops I requested. In this multimedia era where scammers are rampant, and I for one, another victim of online scams, at first really hesitant to book it but eventually did because of the price. The nearer our trip was, the more anxiety I felt thinking it might ghost me on the day of our flight and I don't have plan B. Again, so thankful I made the right choice because when the day comes, a good man came, a very reliable, pleasant, helpful & true to his words. It turns out that they were not aware of the situation like the driver had stated. They were very nice and understanding and refunded me the money we paid. There fore I think they deserve a 5 star review. The way they handled the situation showed me that they truly care about their customers. The lesson I learned is to call them directly for any inconvenience so they could assist you properly. We used this limo service for my friend's 21st birthday, and everything went great, so I decided to use it for my birthday, and honestly, I didn't like it. First off, our driver was 10 minutes late. Things happen. I get it. He went over the rules with me before getting in the SUV, and we headed out to our destination at 11 a.m., when I had scheduled to pick us up at 10:30 a.m. We arrived at our brunch reservation pretty late, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The only downside is that the winery that I had booked right after our brunch couldn't accommodate us any more and I got charged a 10 dollar fee for each of my guests for counseling in a short time notice. We had to find a new winery, where we could only spend a shorter amount of time than what I had originally planned because our whole trip got pushed back! On our way back, we arrived 15 minutes over the time we were supposed to be back because, again, our whole trip got pushed back! I thought that they would be understanding about the fact that our ride arrived late, but no, they were not. They charged me for those extra 15 minutes. I don't wanna blame the driver he was nice and I understand that we are human and things happen. I just didn't like how they handle the situation so I think for next time I'll be booking with a different company.

William was so helpful, professional, and courteous. The ride to the airport was so pleasant. His car was so clean and there were little bottles of water waiting for you. The online scheduling was a breeze and their customer service was superb. The vehicle was very clean and our driver was very professional and accommodating. They were right on time for my scheduled pickup, both to and from the airport. I was also very pleased with their reminders as the scheduled day approached. And a reminder one hour before arriving and text notification when they arrive. What more could you ask for? Our driver Bhagwant, was great!
