Safe before and after school transportation for children. I had to take a remote work opportunity…read moreand didn't have a way to retrieve my elementary students after school, Kid Carriage was recommended by their school, and the KC team does an amazing job! It is so convenient and professional. It was also affordable, everyone is very kind, treat me and my kids like family, and the owner is very picky about her drivers so I knew they were in great hands. My kids really love it! There are app alerts which give me progress of who the van driver is, when my kids load on the van at pick up, and when they make it to their destination so that brings added peace of mind as well. It's not a daycare, more like Uber for kids but they can probably drop them off at daycare, grandma's house, or an after school activity because sometimes Super Mom needs some help. I Love everything about it and am so happy I found them.

RECOMMEND!!! I've used Cowtown Charters for about 4 years now, while at 2 different jobs. I've only…read moreever booked coach buses for day charters (about 4-8 hours) and they've always provided exceptional service. They typically show up 30 minutes early, which is always appreciated. You never want your bus to be late! My office is in Dallas & we're typically using the buses to get to the stadiums in Arlington. The drivers always take the tolls to ensure we're on time & will assist with purchasing the correct parking passes for the stadiums. The drivers are always super friendly & let us play our music over the speakers. Can't complain - great customer service, punctual, and affordable! The buses are always on the lower end of the quotes I get. Don't bother looking anywhere else - book Cowtown Charters!

I am currently on a trip being driven by Ron Coleman. From 6:45 this morning he has been rude,…read moresurly and uncooperative. First, he arrives late in a non ADA accessible bus. We had specified that our passengers were Seniors and some had mobility issues. He was rude in advising that he didn't have a lift bus. He was unhelpful and uncooperative. I did not pay for the trip but every person on this bus is a potential customer and not one would call again if Ron Coleman is the driver. He was rude, unengaging, not a problem solver and more concerned about his comfort than his passengers. Phyllis W Allen

You have to listen to something telling you to download their app rather than calling to book. Once I got someone the wait time was about 15-20 minutes with the cabbie calling me 10 before he got there. He took me 4 miles. Cab was fairly clean and only smelled faintly of cigarettes (window was down). We had 4 traffic lights. Cost was $16 ( tip inc). Cabbie was cordial. Would use again in a pinch and was pleased with how quick they were.
