I asked him for an estimate to replace the current heating and cooling system in my home. My current system was over 18 years old and it was definitely running on borrowed time. We agreed on a new BOSCH system and we decided my home needed a more powerful system equal to the square footage of our home, so we went up a 1/2 ton. The estimate Adam gave me was indeed the final bill. No hidden fees or last minute charges to the invoice. There are still a few honest people left in this world and Adam is one of them. Strack quoted a high end REHEEM multi stage replacement at the lower cost end, of the other two quotes for their lower technical equipment. Installation? Four techs arrived, two inside two outside. One day completion. Modified duct finishing, condensation plumbing, fit - finish inside and out all top shelf and very professional. Additional add on equipment (thermostat, condensation pump and cut off switches) all top of the line. Our power bill reflected and significant drop in cost. Strack - RHEEM quality investment. Kentucky Climate tech charges $59 just to come out and look and then they tell me they don't install anything unless it's bought thru them. I'm speechless, 30 min job to run two copper hoses from furnace to AC all electrical is already there and they said "NO you have to buy it from us" which of course would cost me thousands more.
