We called Cumberland Comfort Pros and got a very sweet professional lady who immediately contacted an emergency tech and on the road he was to fix our leak. We just can't express enough how pleased we are with their techs. They also provide our preventive maintenance service checks to clean our hot water heater. Honest A/C was very highly rated. Tony did not disappoint. All the reviews were very accurate. He was a little later than he had said he would be but called to keep me updated. When he arrived, he encouraged me to be there while he looked things over and took the time to explain what he was looking for each step of the way. He discovered a small leak in a relief valve, repaired it and topped off the refrigerant. The unit is now cooling properly. The price was very fair and he was only interested in fixing the problem not upselling me parts or services I don't want or need. We will definitely be using Honest A/C again and recommending them to others.
