On the day of the scheduled service I texted them at the number they had been texting me from around 1:30pm to verify acceptable form of payment & they responded immediately. Then 2pm came & they were a "no show". I called at 2pm and again at 2:20pm and I was told they tried to reach the person that was supposed to come out but he "'could've lost his phone" & "it must've fell under the seat" & "I guess somethings wrong with his phone" & "oh I don't know where he is"...this person even hung up on me while I asked questions. I called back and they wouldn't answer the phone. Around 3pm I hadn't heard from them & had to hire another company.

You can do everything you need to online, including setting up your account, being assigned a code to get into the gate (and its a nice short 4 digit one, not up to 10 like some of these places), and setting up payment or changing your payment method online. They are quick to respond and have gone out of their way to accomodate us upon moving our camper in the first day. Very easy to work with, very kind, pleasant and professional. Highly recommend them and don't let the nasty review I saw here dissuade you.

So I have a storage unit at this place where the owner is mostly not there. She does not spend time…read morethere unless someone new is coming to rent a unit. It was fine until today. I have a new debit card. This goofy lady gave me a narrow window in the middle of a Saturday to go there and update my card information. I'm sorry. I'm taking my family to the zoo. Then she complains she will be out of town until Tuesday. She can't meet me there at 6pm today instead of her 2pm either. Then she has the audacity to send me a text saying it's my responsibility to make sure the rent gets paid on time, not hers and starts talking about auctioning my stuff right off the bat. as if I haven't tried to go there 3 times this week or ask her to head to the office at a time where my whole day don't get ruined. smh. I'm moving my stuff. I won't tolerate attitude from someone I'm giving money to every month. Seriously, how can you complain like a snotty stuck up brat child about someone being a week late on paying their bill when you don't have anyone at the office ever to receive updated credit card info or a cash payment and you don't have an online payment system, or PayPal, or Apple Pay, or google wallet? I'm not dropping a cash envelope through a mail slot. Fortunately, extra space storage on Percival is cheaper and they have office hours, and online payment. And it's cheaper. And moving trucks probably don't bottom out and get damaged there like they do at this place.
