He insulted the tech in the room, said his name was Dumbass...then he asked the patient, my teenage niece, if she broke her arm FALLING OFF A STRIPPER POLE! Then laughed, like he had made a funny joke. I was so taken aback, I didnt know what to say. Bring a book or phone and be patient. The staff have been professional and courteous and do the best they can. Schedule your followup appointments before leaving and have realistic expectations about re-scheduling if you can't keep it. Understand about your health/injury - do your research and play a roll in your care. It makes a difference.

That doctor relocated to another city. Therefore, I was afraid to have it done on my right hand. Fortunately at this clinic, I was seen by Dr. Gerald Farber. I explained to him of my experience on my left hand. He explained to me that he had done over 2000 carpal tunnel surgeries and his procedure was less invasive and healing was much faster. My procedure on my right hand was done June 19. I have gone to see Dr. Farber for follow up appointments. I was able to move my hand within a week and most of the pain was gone in about 3 weeks. He showed to me massage my hand and that minor swollen would be gone at the latest in 6 months as the tissue has regenerated itself.
