I've been to many physical therapy places around town , but this has been the best. The PTA Adrian is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the front desk or whomever makes the appointments to me are rude. They scheduled me twice without my knowledge until I received the texts. When I called on both occasions, the lady who answers the phone the first time told me she'd have to see if the PT wants to drop my case and I'd have to start over. The second time she asks, "are you still interested in PT", obviously I am but when they're making my appointments without my consent and I have to reschedule is frustrating. Then to throw that case dropping crap is annoying. How is it one's fault? I'm contemplating on looking for another PT around town.

On the 15th (three working days ahead of the appt. ) I was contacted to reschedule further out yet and they had the wrong diagnosis on their computer. I made an appt. with another facility and told Fysical to pound sand. I can't comment on quality of care since I couldn't get any care.

Bedside manner is almost in the negative and he's just generally just grumpy. Refused to listen to my mom about any continuing issues with her hand after amputation of her right pinky so we stopping going here. Finally we got referred to a different doctor for her issues, and she's more hopefully than she's been in a long time about her hand problems.

Dr. Hesser will try certain tactics to scare you into his Decompression machine which cost about 1800 for 12 visits and they did absolutely nothing for me because my issues were muscular not spinal, which he insisted they were. The PT is a joke, you can train yourself better at home. And if someone did not show up to work for Massage therapy you lose a full body message which insurance pays for anyways. The staff are overwhelmed and overworked so they are in a bad mood. Its literally a cattle farm of patients. Its like a greedy waiter trying to rotate their tables so they can make more tips etc.

While they are well grounded in traditional physical therapy work, I appreciated their holistic and intuitive perspectives and, as a result, I feel that my issues were addressed in a more comprehensive manner than ever before. I also agree with another reviewer who felt that treatment was more focused and therapists were able to give you 100% of their attention so you learn how to do your exercises properly. All the individuals I came in contact with at Atrium were professional, friendly and helpful. It was an overall excellent experience. I feel that I've been given the best tools, at this time, to address my issues and move forward on my own.
