He insulted the tech in the room, said his name was Dumbass...then he asked the patient, my teenage niece, if she broke her arm FALLING OFF A STRIPPER POLE! Then laughed, like he had made a funny joke. I was so taken aback, I didnt know what to say. That doctor relocated to another city. Therefore, I was afraid to have it done on my right hand. Fortunately at this clinic, I was seen by Dr. Gerald Farber. I explained to him of my experience on my left hand. He explained to me that he had done over 2000 carpal tunnel surgeries and his procedure was less invasive and healing was much faster. My procedure on my right hand was done June 19. I have gone to see Dr. Farber for follow up appointments. I was able to move my hand within a week and most of the pain was gone in about 3 weeks. He showed to me massage my hand and that minor swollen would be gone at the latest in 6 months as the tissue has regenerated itself. I have already recommended him to a couple of friends who need to have carpal tunnel surgery done.

Bedside manner is almost in the negative and he's just generally just grumpy. Refused to listen to my mom about any continuing issues with her hand after amputation of her right pinky so we stopping going here. Finally we got referred to a different doctor for her issues, and she's more hopefully than she's been in a long time about her hand problems.

This doctor dismisses patients who are not healed. If you dont have insurance, or any type of…read moremedical assistance, this is not the doctor for you. Unless you can make the outrageous monthly payments of over $200.00 per month, they will release you regardless of the status of your condition. The office staff is a joke. I have never ever experienced such unprofessional office staff at a doctors office. A majority of them have no idea whats going on, and the office manager wont get off her you know what to answer the questions her receptionist has no clue about. My advice, stay away... very far away. We are in the process of filing a Malpractice suit as we speak!
