The handyman that I had been using I trusted because he helped my dad, so when he said he needed new pumps or everything was working great, I paid and just assumed it was done correctly. Last summer when it wasn't working correctly, he just never responded at all. I called Case Construction and Roofing to see if they had someone to shut it off in the Fall and they did. I called them to come get it running this year. There were 2 giant holes that just made the water run right out and never even get the pads wet. He asked if I have had a larger water bill and I have, like a LOT more the last couple of summers and I just assumed it was the sprinklers. They told me that my "handyman" put duct tape over the hole. He also said that one of the pumps wasn't even hooked up, the other one didn't work and the last one was dying. They also told me I needed new nets as they hadn't been replaced like I had thought. There was also a hornet's nest that had been in there and the water line had so much calcium in it that it was barely getting any water through. I bought 3 new pumps and the nets. He fixed it beautifully! Every pump is hooked up and running, the water line is working, the holes are fixed and the hornets nest is gone. My house is COLD again and I'm in tears of gratitude that Case Construction and Roofing is honest and fixed this for me. After 25 satisfactory years on our old roof, we contracted Kimball to complete some extensive roofing plywood repairs, re-flashing, re-membraning, and re-edging of the entire 6,000 SF roof. Per Gary's expert advice, plus Louie and Rohojolo outstanding installation, we ended up with a very attractive and fully sealed roof that will probably last twice as long as our previous roof. We now have a Tamko 50 year architectural shingled and ridged roof that can now withstand winds up to 150 MPH. SUPER. JOB WELL DONE !

If you like cost overruns, mistreatment, and half truths these are the people you should hire…read more I hired these people to repair my roof while going through medical treatment. I let them know I had some new panels that could be used on the roof which they hauled away and did not use. Then they put the same kind of panels on the roof and charged full bore price for them. There was no credit for the new panels they hauled away. The inspection was poorly done or they planned to do cost overruns all along. They ripped into the roof and then called and said it would be more than their bid. It was raining every other day so it was impossible to leave the roof open and find someone else. Since I was receiving medical treatment and they knew it I was unable to inspect that the work they claimed had been done. Then when they were done they didn´t inform us but just debited my account and claimed they couldn´t contact me. It is interesting they were able to contact me easily before that time. There was no credit given for the new panels they hauled away and Kimball claimed they were too short. Previous work had required the same size panels and these were so long. Apparently the panels shrink according to what Kimball said. They don´t shrink but that is the only way his statement could be true. He said he was going to return them but didn´t. Kimball has responded but does not address the real issues. As seems normal only half truths. I did complain to CPS of Utah and they told me that in this case I would have to sue since they are a mediation service and Kimball is not interested in mediation.
