Our floors were pretty gnarly as they were hidden under carpet and had lots of glue, carpet pad remnants, etc. They are now a beautiful natural finish maple and we LOVE them. The job was done in 1 day. We had a follow-up question a few days after the floors were finished and Adam went above and beyond to come check out our floors and answer all our questions. Between being extremely responsive (which is huge given we called 8 other contractors and NO ONE even called us back), showing up on time, refinishing the floors beautifully and following up to answer questions - we highly recommend SNR for your flooring needs. A small main floor was a 2-day project even though the morning of I was told it would be a 1 day project. As I walked to the material I needed to load, one of the young men walked over to me and asked if I needed help. I'm sporting a cane post knee surgery. The young man loaded my item into my truck.
