I've had the unfortunate luck of being in three not at-fault accidents in the past two years (and another one that WAS my fault, whoops), so I've got some experience at trying my luck with auto repair shops. Davidson's is easily the best I have ever been to. The shop accommodated my needs as far as when to pick up and drop off my car with my work schedule. The owner and his brother (? I think) both shared their expertise with me at length, explaining what work they would or had done and even showed me where a previous shop had botched the work on my car. The woman working at the front desk offered to call my insurance company and find out a liability determination for the accident and call me with it, which I consider above and beyond when you've already collected my money. Every single worker at the least said hello, at the most engaged in conversation. I picked my car up nicely cleaned and even with fresh air in the tires. It looks and runs great, and I had an outstanding experience as a customer. Makes a big difference to know that the people working on your car or with you as a customer really have genuine enthusiasm for cars or customers or both. It's so important to point out when people really do a great job, and this shop is a total gem. read more

Steve the owner is great! I needed my truck lifted and he came through for me. I dropped my truck off and he called me a day later for pickup. The installer Bobby is the man. He did an awesome job. I'm happy with their work and I will be using them for my automotive needs. And by the way to all the negative reviews about Steve. He's the nicest guy. I wish i could give negative star rating. While the location is a beautiful and impressive it hides a dark secret. The owner is a bit off center & has been known to go after customers physically, who in their right mind would try to punch someone out when a disagreement happens. I would stay as far away as possible ftom this business because you want your vehicle repaired correctly & not get into a UFC match with the business owner. Steve did a job for me that had to go to another shop to be redone, nothing makes a customer feel warm & fuzzy than having to do a recent job all over again. A shame cause the place could be so much better with a little common sense. read more

Update: I wish I could give negative stars! Davidson's said they did an alignment on my SUV twice, but was unable to provide any proof. It was so far out of alignment that the steering wheel was pointing to the right, and she pulled to the right significantly. After taking my SUV to Mercedes and a different collision center, it was found that NO alignment had been done. Also, there were major suspension parts, some that Davidson's had reportedly replaced, that were bent. The second collision center was able to fix her up properly and safely. They also cleaned up white paint overspray (mine is black) from Davidson's. If you want your vehicle fixed poorly and unsafely, Davidson's Collision is the place! read more

NO PROPER ETIQUETTE OR ANY SORT OF PROPER CUSTOMER INTERACTION AND COMMUNICATION. AT ALL. These people are the most rude and obnoxious people ever. This goes from their workers to the owner Steve. They literally got my car towed and lied to me in ever way possible to make my car stay at their stupid towing place so that they can charge me everyday and make money. The guys who hit me insurance said they are only paying half of it but these people wouldn't give me my car saying the guys insurance would pay for them. And when I called the owner finally to say give me my car the owner Steve HUNG UP ON ME. Just because i wanted my car back home???? How rude is that? Are you like 12? The other lady that worked there last time literally screamed at me at the top of her lungs screaming her head off at me because I told them to give me my car and she said that the owner wasn't there but how dare she scream at me when IM THE CUSTOMER AND THEY HAVE MY CAR???? She literally refused to give me my car saying there's snow and it's stuck and then saying there trucks blocking it and she doesn't have the keys. She kept yelling at me and screaming saying she was going to kick me out if i didn't leave because she said she wouldn't give me my car. She literally was insane and wouldn't stop yelling back at me that i had to call the police and file a report because she wouldn't give me my car. This is in response to the overly negative comments from Mooniba A. I have never in my relationship with Davidsons as a customer had any unpleasant business. I was in the waiting room on the day in question and was very appalled by her demeanor . She was demanding her car - which was towed not drivable after an being involved in an accident. The employee had just finished explaining over the course of 20 mins that the yard was closed and the car was buried in snow. The employee explained and gave her a receipt and that no charges would incur over the weekend. The car would be available for tow on Monday morning. Apparently that was not to her satisfaction. She called the police. When employee explained to police the situation they spoke to Mooniba. Then she understood. I can't state she was a customer because I never experienced someone not willing or able to understand protocol. As to the employee she handled the situation with grace and more patience than I ever would. Harry S. read more
