It's 930 and I call her and she said she was only delivering the chairs and would double check the invoice about the umbrellas. I sent her a screenshot of the invoice which included the umbrellas. She said she was running behind and we'll get back to me. She never got back to me. I called her multiple times. Texted her multiple times and no response. She is completely unprofessional. I understand there's delays but to ignore your client is unacceptable. I had to call another rental company last minute to get chairs and umbrellas for my occasion. Do not use her despite the positive reviews.

Very affordable and transparent pricing. 2. Laura was very responsive and easy to work with. 3. Delivery was on time and efficient. Now for the negatives, and reasons why I removed 2 stars: 1. Chairs arrived FILTHY. I spent nearly 2 hours cleaning and scrubbing dirt and stains off 16 chairs. 2. During delivery the young man swung around a stack of chairs and put a dent in our garage refrigerator. Thank goodness we'd moved our cars out of the way before they arrived. 3. Pickup was supposed to happen the following day (Friday). That day, I stayed home all day expecting a call/text that they'd be arriving soon to pickup the rental items, but no word. Then, the next day at 7:20am (Saturday) I am woken up by the doorbell ringing. I looked at my phone to check the time and saw a text from them only, 10 minutes prior, saying they'd be arriving soon.

When I initially reached out to inquire if the rentals I needed for my daughters party were available he let me know they were. He even helped answer dimension questions based off the space I had and what I needed. I am so glad I used this company. Delivery: I let Pedro know that our house was ready and available for delivery whenever he wanted. It was Super Bowl weekend so I know lots of rentals needed to be dropped off. He brought the tent and chairs Thursday and the jumper and tables early Saturday. Everything was a big hit with our guest the entire weekend !
