The installation itself was fantastic -- the materials look great and the work was done very well…read more I'm genuinely happy with the quality of the install. However, the cleanup afterward was extremely disappointing. There was tile grout dust left everywhere in the areas where repairs were made, along with debris, carpet trimmings across the floor, and trash left in the front yard. I wasn't expecting a spotless finish or professional floor cleaning, but this was basic garbage that could have easily been handled with a quick shop vac. I called to report the issue, and they said someone would come back out to clean it up. Unfortunately, when they "returned," nothing had been touched -- it looked exactly the same, which was frustrating. For a job that cost over $6,000, cleanup should be part of the service, especially when a follow-up visit is promised. Great install, but the lack of attention to cleanup and follow-through really took away from the overall experience.

What meant the most, though, was their kindness and understanding throughout the entire process. They were patient, compassionate, and made a very difficult situation so much easier for our family. They helped take a huge weight off our shoulders and guided us every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough. WOW Samson does the best I sold flooring for over 12 years…read moreso I know flooring. I doubted that Samson could do the bamboo wood floor repairs that Lowes improperly installed and lied to me about the installation. Three flooring companies wanted over $9,000. To replace a simple buckling in the center of one room. Two flooring companies wanted over $3 000. To totally remove and replace the flooring. Samson said they would install t moldings and moldings that Lowes did not. They cut back a small expansion areas to allow the flooring to settle. This was accomplished in 4 hours and cost under $500. The workers arrived at 9 am and finished at 1pm after moving furniture and cleaning up the dust. I would recommend Samson for all your flooring needs
