We got there a bit later than expected so went straight to the blueberry fields- they had a variety of varieties, just starting to ripen, will be lots of picking for the next few weeks- priced by the pound they are a great value compared to store prices - we went for the large berries to make jam, syrup and pies, the petite ones would be perfect for muffins and pancakes- it was a wonderful morning with my son and well worth the drive.

For the 2017 season, they charged $3 per pound for U-Pick and $4 per pound for We-Pick [They-Pick]. The prices are way cheaper than the grocery store and you support a family-owned local Florida blueberry farm instead of getting your blueberries from Chile or New Zealand during off-season. We buy in bulk and freeze the rest. When the farm is open to the public and you would rather just pick up some blueberries instead of picking (it's usually pretty hot during blueberry season), it's recommended you call ahead so they can have your blueberries ready for you. Definitely worth the drive and something fun for the whole family. Remember, season is short so don't forget to mark your calendars for next season! :)

Note that the address located on some of the websites is incorrect as they have moved so check before you go! Not too far from the original location. I was pleasantly greeted and assisted by the lady at the counter. She offered to make a bouquet or show me what was already prepared. I was amazed at the selection and the unbelievably inexpensive pricing available. She packed up the prepared bouquet, already in a vase, into a vase that would allow me to travel safely in the car without spilling. I was out of there in less than five minutes! I worked with their team to design and change some colors to custom meet what I was looking for. COVID happened, and I had to change the date of our wedding. I was worried that there would be an issue with the flowers, but alas, there was none! We changed the shipping date, and I received my florals in plenty of time. Stored in a closet until I needed them, they still held their shapes and colors for the day-of.
