Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. I did get my dress here because I fell in love with it, but I would never recommend anyone to come here or do business here again. My first appointment was when I did get my dress. Of course they gave me the whole, " oh you look beautiful " and blah, blah, blah, just to get my business and buy the dress. I had to order my dress in the correct size. So they ordered it, I came back and this is where it completely went south. This was a horrible experience. I'm assuming that since they already had my money they do not care anymore. First of all, I walk in and actually stood at the front little check in area for a good two minutes while an employee just sat at the check out counter ignoring me. I had to end up saying something to get her attention. Then, it being a long drive as I live 2 hours away needed to use the ladies room. As she was going to get my dress, she rudely said I didn't need to follow her. Well, maybe don't put your bathroom in the back. Then once I came back out, I do not get any help putting my dress on to make sure it properly fit. The lady just acted like she did not want anything to do with me. I didn't even get my dress buttoned up in the back. I went back into the dressing room to change and when I came back out, she was gone. Just left as I'm doing this. This was on a Tuesday at 1 in the afternoon, so there was no one else here. I had to bag up my dress myself not being able to fully get it into the bag. I left the store and I literally cried when I got into my car. This is supposed to be one of the happiest experiences of my life and they ruined this. Please, go somewhere else. Finding my dress wasn't an issue. I tried on about 10 dresses in one day and found one I loved. Julia was very helpful and listened to everything I explained I wanted to help me find what I was looking for. I ordered my dress on their layaway program. I had to pay extra for a $15 gown bag when my dress was already 1000+ (not their fault but should be included considering the price) and got three color swatches and a tote bag. They didn't educate me that when I want to make a payment on my dress that I have only two options, 1.) pay in store or 2.) pay over the phone with manager assistance. I live about 2 hours away so the phone is clearly the best option. I have a diamond membership and when I would call about my dress they would say they couldn't find the order at first then go through some things to see it. I would have to call multiple times or would be disconnected after being on hold and have to call back. They also didn't educate me that I would have to pay additionally if I wanted the dress shipped to my home and I could've just ordered the dress online directly and skipped ordering at the store. My dress arrives at the Tallahassee location and I needed to get it shipped to Panama City. I paid to have it shipped to Panama City. My dress arrived not in the gown bag I paid for. The bag was missing from the order, I had to call for them to find the order on their system then for them to say they would ship it out to me. I will say if you're planning a wedding and in a time crunch, this wouldn't be the place to shop. They are very sweet but disorganized which causes unnecessary stress to a bride. If my wedding was closer than six months away I would've been livid at the amount of fumbles they did while taking care of my order. read more

Okay so I have mixed feelings about this particular David's Bridal. I am a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding in February 2022. When I went to David's Bridal (in July 2021) to try on dresses, the woman who helped me try on all the dresses was extremely kind and helpful. I was able to try on almost all the dresses my friend had selected as options. I bought the dress that day and they told me my dress would be in by Novemver 2021. I was thrilled when I received an email indicating that they had received my dress in late August. I picked up my dress and immediately made an appointment for alterations for the second week of September. The Sunday before my appointment someone called me from the store to ask me to reschedule my fitting because they were short staffed. I agreed, and we pushed back my appointment to the following week. On the next Sunday I received a call once again from the store to confirm my Wednesday appointment. However, on the day before my appointment, someone called me from the store and explained that they had to reschedule me (again) because 90% of their staff was out. She told me that they were just beginning to schedule appointments for mid-October, to which I replied that mid-October was fine for me. She responded that I could not get an appointment in mid-October because those were reserved for people who had weddings in November and December. She then told me that I would have to reschedule for sometime in November or December. When I told her that I would be out of the country for most of November and all of December she told me that she could not help me and that I should take my business elsewhere. And that is exactly what I am doing- and honestly, I am happier to support a local seamstress than this mess of a store. read more

I went last weekend with my mother, grandmother and a few of my bridesmaids who were left to pick out their dresses. Princess was amazing with accommodating all of us and making sure the dresses picked out were both liked by the person wearing it and me, the bride! She was extremely kind and her customer service skills were beyond what I could ask for! She assisted with helping find dresses that fit everyones budget and made sure we knew about any sales and coupons for certain items we purchased. I have used David's bridal before for formal events and will continue to do so, as well as recommending them to others! I got sent the wrong dress. Renee Wilson (The store manager) Was rude while I was attempting to exchange a dress and told me she couldn't see a ship date until after I put my card in. I asked her if she could back out and then tell me a ship date. She was very pushy so I paid. After I paid, she told me my dress wouldn't ship for a few weeks when the one online said it could be here in 3 days. I get married on 11/7/2020 so didn't have time for that. She kept telling me as soon as it got to the store, they would overnight it to me. Of course that did not happen. I happened to see a spam email telling me it was a reminder that my dress was ready. A week after it had already gotten to them. They did not ship it as soon as it arrived, nor did they let me know it was there. It got here on September 14 or 15th. I had already seen the dress on me and will have to drive 6 hours to my hometown (where I am getting married) in a car with my dog to get it altered. So I decided to leave it in the box and not open the box as my fiancé and I live together so I did not want him to see it and I didn't want to take a chance of my dogs hair getting all over it. I am a travel nurse working a covid crisis assignment so my schedule has not been free until I finished my contract this week. I was just able to get an appointment with the alterations lady at a David's Bridal in Huntsville, AL that I really like. So I drove from Tifton, GA (where I currently live) to Huntsville, AL and once I got here, I felt I could take out my dress since my fiancé was not around and my dog wouldn't get hair on it. I finally opened the shipping box....and I noticed there was ink on the hanger and inside of the clear garment bag which scared me.....until I realized IT WAS THE WRONG DRESS. Wrong size, wrong dress. I'm getting married in less then a month and they sent me someone else's dress! There is no order form or anything inside. How do you screw up this bad? It would be one thing if they had been nice and helpful, but they were rude, pushy, and trying to get commission for a dress I had already tried on online and was buying either way so they did no work to earn commission on my $1400 dress. Please do not shop at this store unless you want a manipulative manager to lie to you and then still screw up your wedding dress. All they care about is money. Got there 10 minutes early for my 12 am bridesmaid appointment and was able to look at the dresses. I was helped by Mikel who was able to tell my size from a look and gave great suggestions for my body shape! He was super helpful and I ended up going with the 1st dress he suggested. He took my measurements and added me to the Brides "party" for super easy ordering. The experience I have had with the David's Bridal in Tallahassee has been a roller coaster. I went in to find my dress and had a great time looking at different styles and found the dress I wanted that same day. The dress got in within the month which I thought was great. Except my dress was ordered two/three sizes to small. When showing the associate the error they had made she had the audacity to suggest I had gained weight. Her exact words were "Well how much weight can one gain in one month". I was pissed! I told her that I had actually lost weight NOT gained. They retook my measurements to order a new dress. When placing the order the associate said she was going to order a size above. I asked her not to and just to order it to what my measurements were. She went ahead and ordered the size above anyways and said "It okay are alterations are free. We can bring it in two sizes without any trouble." Seeing how I paid a little over $2,000.00 for my dress I was happy to hear the alterations would be free. EXCEPT THEY WERE NOT!! I had to pay an extra $600 just in alterations! If it wasn't for the kind alterations associate I would have blown up. She herself was shocked that an associate would say it would be free. I had no choice but to pay for it seeing how my wedding day is around the corner. I picked up my dress and was happy just to be done with this company. Many of my friends are getting married and I will make sure I tell them to go someplace else. read more

I visited DB in 2/17/18 and had an amazing experience! Josemane was my stylist and she was simply wonderful. The store happened to have the wedding dress I had been eyeing for a few months now. Trying the dress on was a dream and all the ladies working there made me feel beautiful. I did not feel like I was being hyped up to get a sell, I felt like they genuinely meant what they were saying when I walked out in my dress. That day, I didn't walk out of the store with my dream dress as I wanted to sleep on it to make sure it was the right choice. Josemane and the manager, Wanda, went above and beyond to make sure I got that dress. They held my dress temporarily until I made my decision and they honored the lower online price which I was absolutely thrilled about. Seeing that online price, I could have easily bought my dress online and went about my way but I wanted to make sure Josemane got her commission because she was fantastic. She was sweet, patient, attentive, and caring to me as well as my maid of honor. This particular store sets the bar exceedingly high as far as customer service goes. Now that I've picked up my dress post-alterations I can finally give a full circle review. I'm floored w DB, honestly. I wrote earlier about writing them off in my wedding dress search and I've been pleasantly surprised in each of my three appointments there. No, the store isn't gorgeous. It's a bit outdated looking but the dresses are beautiful, well priced and there's a huge selection. Betty in alterations handled my alterations - a 15 point bustle, bringing in the bodice and a hem. All of it, flawless. I had an issue with the bodice being too large and she fixed it in 2 hours. Literally told me to go shopping and she'd call before they closed. She was a joy to work with and worked quickly. She even carried the dress out to my car after. Anyway, if you're skeptical it's definitely worth a poke through. Yes, sometimes the girls on the floor are hit or miss but that's retail for ya. All the managers I dealt with went above & beyond to help! read more

Even tho I wasn't happy at all with the service I was provided with during my bridal appointment, we had a great experience with the bridesmaid dresses so we decided to go forward and buy the dresses from here. So we returned a week ago to purchase the dresses and the manager approached me and gave me a sincere apology for what happen at the bridal appointment and then she even went one step further and gave all my bridesmaid $20 off for my horrible experience. I was so taken back that the manager cared that much to personally go out of her busy schedule to apologize that it really changed my mind on David's Bridal. She is great and is an asset to this company for sure!! Thanks again! So where do I even start. First off. Excellent service as far as bridesmaid dresses go!!! Bridal gowns... a different story. I went in with my bridal party excited to say yes to the dress. However I left the store in tears feeling horrible about myself. Valentine was my consultant and she was not the best and frankly should either get more training or find another profession. She was late, not eager to help me find MY dress or listened to anything I said. Instead she picked dresses SHE liked which was NOTHING like I wanted. After 2 dresses, she came in the fitting room where I had been waiting on her for 15 mins!! Just for her to come back and say "sorry, there is nothing more I can do for you, I hope you find your dress" and then walked out!!! Like, what????? I left in tears, feeling horrible. My daughters and I made an appointment for bridal gown shopping. We were early, so we just browsed until our sales consultant introduced herself to us. Kati was also working with another bride at the same time (how does this happen if you have an appointment?), but was gracious in working with both of us. She was courteous, pleasant, and enthusiastic. She narrowed down the styles and helped my daughter find the gowns she had found that she liked on line, and suggested others. She proved to be a very apt salesperson, suggesting add ons and accessories at just the right time. We were very disappointed that the store did not have wifi, because we had hoped to Skype in other bridesmaids from out of town. This is the reason for not giving 5 stars, Hopefully this is a easy fix for David's Bridal. Other reviews criticized the alterations process, so I will post another review after the alterations session. In the meantime, let's hope the alterations department gets lessons in customer service from Kati. read more

While prom dress shopping with my daughter, we decided to run into David's Bridal . We were forced to fill out a personal "sign in", just so we could browse the dresses. The selection was awful and dated. Felt like they were from the 1990 prom selection. If you are going to force paper work for browsing, there should be stylist to assist you in your hunt for a dress. I had a great experience today trying on dresses. I wish I could remember my consultant's name because she was fabulous! At the start of the appointment, I picked out 3 dresses that I liked. Afterwards, I tried on 5 more, including some that she suggested. I bought the 2nd dress I had tried on. It's perfect! I felt so beautiful in it. I really liked the whole experience. I was shown to a dressing room in which was not clean. Looked like it had not been vacuumed in several days or weeks. I was left on my own as no one offered to assist me zip up. I went here with my daughter, who is in search of a wedding dress. We found that the place is a real farce; however, it's fortunate we have a sense of humor and have had a good laugh about it afterwards. We did the obligatory sign-in at the front table, and without assistance we looked at wedding dresses for about a half hour. At this time, although there had only been one other customer in the store, the stylist came to let us know she'd be with us as soon as she could. We looked through the selection and were able to find about 10 dresses that had potential, even though there were a fair number of dresses there that looked as though they'd been pulled straight from the set of a 1980s film. We hauled these, unassisted, over to the dressing room, which had no mirror inside. We were told we could not use the alterations dressing room instead (which had a mirror inside) because she had an alterations appointment coming. "I'm so sorry," she told us, with not-sorry eyes. lol (btw, there were 2 dressing rooms back there. 1 customer showed up about 20 minutes later. But I read you, Lady.) After this exchange, I looked over to see Miss Front Table Sign-In actually gossiping about me and my daughter to the stylist (who still had not come to assist us, although there were no other customers). Yes, hand covering her mouth as she whispered, looking furtively back at us -- gossiping. Not a good look on you and David's Bridal, Dear. The stylist was helpful; I'll give her that, but this was after we'd been in the store for about an hour. I'm taking the trouble to write this because I feel protective of other young women who might go here and also be treated poorly -- Moms and daughters, you deserve a better experience than this store! read more

If I could give this store even half of a star, there is no way in this entire world that I would! My first experience with David's Bridal was awful! My sister as and I went in for an appt for her to try on wedding dresses. We were promptly greeted and shown to a room. Our consultant was not interested in really helping yes, tried one dress on my sister and pretty much told her they couldn't help us. SHE LEFT, CRYING!! Second time, I went with my cousins bridal party in search of bridesmaid dresses and a wedding dress. We had the greatest consultant help us with the bridesmaids dresses. She was nice, knew the inventory really well and just an all around good experience. Fast forward to our wedding dress fitting... Out consultant was late by about 30 min, as in, late to work in general... when she finally got there, she asked us to pick out dresses that we liked, which we did. She was even shown a picture of a bridal dress off the David's bridal website, but took none of our likes into consideration, at all! She brought dresses to the room that were not at all like what we wanted. After trying 2 on that were awful, the consultant wanted to "go another direction" So, we proceeded to steer her back in the right direction with our previous picks and to no avail, she still brought back what she wanted instead of what we wanted. Throughout this whole process she had a bad attitude and kept talking about how she was cheating on her boyfriend!! Needless to say, we found nothing and my cousin left in tears, after the consultant told her that she couldn't help her and hoped she would find a dress!! Just awful!!!! Wanda, the manager, is an absolute saint. A consultant ordered the wrong dress for me and I was on a very tight deadline. Wanda felt my anxiety and searched every dress in the database to find a replacement dress for me. We were very restricted due to the time restraint and size. Not only did she fix the issue, she also put my mind at ease. She got the correct dress in the correct size and color and had it in the store 3 days later. She quite literally saved the day (wedding!) Wanda is amazing. I actually had to hug her when I left. Very grateful for her persistence and understanding. Thanks, Wanda!!!! read more

I haven't never had such horrible service in my life. I made a 9am appointment thinking this would be there slow hour. When we got there they put me and two other brides literally right next to each other so we were all crammed together on one side. I had to pull and put on my own dresses due to them "over booking" the girl next was being helped in and out of all her dresses and the consultant was going her opinions and the whole nine yards while I was standing there putting myself in and out of my dresses. I ended up finding the perfect dress but by the time I found it and had to put myself in the dresses (this was the 5th dress I had to put on by myself) I was so frustrated and annoyed that it wasn't very joyous to find my dress. Needless to say I walked out literally crying my eyes out because what was supposed to be this amazing experience to find my perfect dress was absolutely horrible. I ended up buying my dress somewhere else but I had to leave a review specifically for Wanda, the assistant store manager, who killed it during my consultation. She reviewed some of the photos of dresses I liked and listened to the things I wanted in my dress (defined waist, simple look, not too much busywork/lace). I trusted her to pick dresses she thought I would like since I had a hard time imagining the dresses on me when looking at them on the hanger. She was very patient with me, let me walk around, and took photos for me to send to my mom and bridesmaids (I went alone). She didn't try to upsell me on veils or sashes, kept to my price range, and was just an awesome person to work with. Again, I ended up with a dress somewhere else but this was the place I ended up realizing what dresses shapes I actually liked. After browsing and selecting one dress that we thought would work for me, we were told that we couldn't try on dresses without an appointment. I would understand if they were busy or were working with other customers, but they weren't and it was still about an hour before they closed. Horrible. Couldn't make a return on something with original tags and never worn. Had to go back and forth getting different sizes for my bridesmaids, couldn't look at the dresses they had on because of this. The attendant, Ebony, never brought me color samples and didn't even help with dress fittings. She lied in front of her manager about sizes- she didn't know what any of my girls tried on, but was telling her what they looked liked and fit. Very displeased and will never go back. I had two wonderful experiences and ended up ordering my dress from here. Both times I had an appointment, and was lucky enough to have Wanda as my consultant! She knew what I was looking for and made me feel confident in my choice (and she's got a great sense of humor). She helped me pick out matching accessories without pressure. I highly recommend working with her as your consultant! The first time I went was on a Sunday afternoon, and it wasn't very busy. I had one side of the bridal suites all to myself and my family. The second time I went was on a Saturday afternoon, and it was much busier. The neighboring suites also had brides, but I still had enough room to walk around and view the dresses I tried on. Brides with larger viewing parties might struggle with seating, but I didn't have this issue. Checkout was easy and I understood exactly what I was paying for. I got a goodie bag with lots of coupons, a free sample of perfume and a set of false eyelashes. The dress I ordered was on sale at the time, which is also a plus! read more

We recently went in to look for a prom dress for my foster-daughter. When I called about making a week day appointment, I was told Saturday was swamped but that night Friday was open and not at all crowded. We went in and were given the royal treatment even though I was upfront that our budget was $100. We were allowed to browse and given great advice on options, colors, and more. All the consultants on duty were kind and helpful without attempting to upsell us on items. We left with the perfect dress at $79.95 and my daughter telling me that her dress for next year would be bought there too. read more

I had a horrible experience coming here. My mother and I had made an appointment to try on wedding dresses for the first time. We got there there right on time and had to wait around for about 20 min for someone to come help us. When he finally came, I showed him some of the dresses that I liked and he seemed very uninterested in what I was saying. He kept looking away and talking to other people passing by while I was trying to talk to him. He kept pulling dresses that were WAY to small for me and he wasn't even around when I would come out to look at them in the mirror. He was always somewhere else helping other people. My mother was really the only one helping me. I felt like I wasn't worth his time since he knew he wasn't going to make a commission on me. Very very low quality bridal dresses. The woman working the computer had me pick out 3 dresses from the catalog when we first walked in and then had none available to try on out of the three I liked. My attendant told me she had gotten both nipples pierced ( why would you offer that up?), and then got pretty offended when I didn't like her dresses she picked out for me and wasn't able to tell her "exactly" why I didn't like them. (So you want plain, but you don't want plain?...?) They also dissuaded me from perusing their collection myself. The worst part of the whole thing is that when I was putting cap sleeves onto a sweetheart ballgown the alterations woman told me that "No matter what you will always have side boob, so you should just get over that". I am a slim petite girl and this was offensive to me. Would not recommend this store to anyone, especially future brides who are looking for a special experience. read more

I went in 3 times with my maid of honor and was given totally different information every time. The first time they said we could choose from 2 whole racks in any color I wanted, when we went back to order they said we only had three choices that could be ordered in time (3 months before my wedding!). The girl told me it was my fault because I waited too long and chose a popular color. I came back the very next day and was told NOTHING could be ordered in the right size and color in time. I ended up at David's Bridal three times last week. My first experience was awful and that's putting it mildly! When I returned a few days later with some other bridesmaids, we found the experience to be night and day different thanks to Wanda and Betty. While we received little to no attention/assistance on our first visit, Wanda and Betty went out of their way to answer our questions and help us find a dress that worked for multiple body types and an anxious bride. They were very patient and continued to reassure us that we would find something that worked. When I followed up a few days later, Wanda and Betty again went out of their way to assist and could not have been more friendly. They definitely turned a 1 star rating into a 5 star rating! I came in with my mom, no appointment, just to browse, and see some dresses in person that I had liked online. I was paired with a consultant and she pulled the dresses I liked as well as others she thought fit what I was looking for after a couple of introductory questions. It was fairly busy in the store so over the course of trying dresses on, we were assisted by other consultants and it was really a team effort, all of the ladies were fantastic! I ended up choosing one of the dresses my consultant pulled, so they are really good at getting a sense of your style really quickly. I had such a wonderful experience with my mom and got a beautiful dress for my wedding!! I highly recommend giving them a chance despite some of these older reviews. read more

My daughter (bride) and her bridesmaids made an appointment weeks ahead. Since my daughter was told that staff had to assist with the wedding dresses, it was very disappointing to have my daughter ONLY try on 4 dresses in two hours. We had many dresses picked out but then we ran out of time. I felt that staff could not be bothered with us. Our salesperson was helping not one or two but three brides at the same time which cut our time significantly. We had picked out several dresses which she never tried on. We were offered another appointment but declined. David's Bridal's may be a popular place but they do not offer the personal service that a smaller bridal shop offers. I initially went to try on wedding dresses, but while I was there with my sister we found some bridesmaids dresses we liked. We came back the next week with our mom so my sister could try on the bridesmaids dresses and the ones we thought we liked, we didn't like at all--they were pretty dresses but ultimately just weren't what I was looking for. However, Patricia (who had helped me during my wedding dress appointment) remembered us, came over to say hello, and suggested a different bridesmaids dress (similar to the ones my sister was trying on but SO MUCH BETTER)! We ended up picking the dress that Patricia suggested and Mary, who also helped us, was so wonderful and helpful. You could tell that they both cared and want my mom, sister, and me to enjoy our experience there. I really appreciated all of their help and their kindness. The dress we chose is perfect and all my bridesmaids love it! Side note: Mary was there helping to train Patricia, who is the new store manager, and some new staff. Waste of time and money. I felt very rushed when I was trying to find my dress. Like the girl didn't care to help us find my dress and we were more of an aggravation to her. When I ordered my dress I told them to order the slip that goes under it as well and I found out today that it was not ordered. I am livid as my dress will not work without this slip. I called today to even double check after getting an email that my dress was in... I picked my dress up on 7/16/17 and even signed my dress out and they told me I did not. They fixed that in their system. When I picked my dress up after spending over 500 dollars with them, they charged me 12 dollars for a garment bag for my dress. Shouldn't that be complimentary? As far as I'm concerned most places give you the garment bag when you pick up your dress, free of charge. I'm just very disappointed and regret not buying the dress I wanted from Vocelle's even though it was more than the dress I have. They also didn't mention anything about alterations not once when I went to pick up my dress. I'm done with their business and will not be spending any more money with them what so ever. They are very disorganized, not professional, and have no customer service. read more

I've recently gotten engaged and wanted to get going on getting my dress and my bridesmaids dresses fitted and ordered. I initially had no interest in ordering dresses from them. I had not heard good things and I had a few issues with a previous dress I bought, but putting all the aside, I went in there with an open mind and on a whim. I didn't anticipate having anyone help us, but we got lucky. The girl we had help us Saturday was Kati, and she's amazing! She LISTENED so what I wanted in the bridesmaid dresses and what colors I was going for, and she gave good feedback and suggestions. After my sister found her dress, I made an appointment to go see Kati on Sunday for my dress fitting and to get 3 of my other bridesmaids fitted. By the end of the day (mind you this was in a 2 hour period), we ordered 3 of 4 bridesmaids dresses and I ordered my wedding dress. If you need an appointment at DB, ask for Kati, she's on the ball, she's fun, has a good personality, and she truly listens to what you're looking for and the things you like/dislike with each dress you try on. read more

Well Guys, I've been reading a lot of reviews about Davids Bridal in Tallahassee and about David's Bridal in general. I was really worried that I almost did not want to shop here. So 1st I went to Panama City to try on dresses. That store had a good selection but the lady working there was almost as clueless as me. So I decided to give David's Bridal in Tallahassee a try. To be honest I went in grumpy, Expecting the worse. But when I came in ( I was 30 minutes late) they welcomed me and we got right to work. She pulled a few and then she took me around to pick some out myself. I liked how they had them sorted out by the style. Ballgown, mermaid, Etc. So Next we went the dressing rooms. She got me a slip and a bra and we started trying them on. I was kinda nervous about her being in the room at 1st but she was totally professional and was very kind. She asked about all I planned. It was nice. The first one I tried on I loved. I actually liked them all. lol. I didn't like any in Panama city. The seamstress came over and explained about how alterations worked. She was very nice too. After that they let us go try on veils and Headpieces. Over all it was a great day. I deffently recomend this store. I havn't gotten my dress in yet so we will see how that goes later. But so far so good. If you go ask for Kesha. :) read more

I was skeptical at first with looking for wedding dresses at David's (big box store, worried about customer service, plus size bride, etc.). I was so wrong! I had the greatest experience today with my consultant, Ashanté. Ask for her specifically! She was so patient and wonderful--and most importantly, she made me feel comfortable trying on dresses. I didn't even expect to find the dress this weekend but Ashanté changed my mind. She even got me to try strapless, which I was convinced I couldn't wear. She wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Her main concern was to make sure I was happy and that I felt good in my dress. Thanks to her expertise and support, I said "yes to the dress"! 5/5 stars--I will definitely be going back for future special occasion dress wear. The rest of the staff was great as well--polite, helpful, and attentive. Do yourself a favor and go to Davids! Ms. Ashanté, I will be back! :-) read more
