Well, let me begin with the purpose of my visit to David's. I will be attending an upscale, lavish wedding in New York this fall. Granted, all eyes will be on the bride, but I still wanted something pretty and sophisticated to wear to the event, without breaking the bank. After all, I am a senior on a fixed budget. A friend recommended David's for a great deal on clearance dresses. I was somewhat skeptical, but decided to try it. So glad that I did. I arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon, explained what I was looking for. The young lady (I wish I had gotten her name) was incredibly helpful and attentive, as if I were buying a $$$ wedding ensemble. I found a fabulous dress for less than $100.00, perfect fit, no alterations required. Now, I am off to find the perfect shoes. P.S. best part of all...a size 6!!! read more

DO NOT BUY from this store. Tried on a dress 2 sizes too big as they didnt have my size. They ordered my size, didnt get it for 3 weeks. Picked it up, tried it on , didnt fit. Took it back to return it just 3 days after I got it. They wouldnt return it as their policy for returns is 7 days from PURCHASE, not when you get it. Completely shady policy if not illegal. It's useless to make an appointment too. We had an appt and ended up finding our own dresses to try on. read more

David's Bridal was the first store I went to try on dresses at for my wedding since I thought it would be a good baseline, I did not expect to fall in love with any dresses or anything. Well of course I did, I loved the first dress I tried on. I tried on about 6 or 7 dresses to make sure I liked the silhouette. Then I went to three other local bridal boutiques around St. Louis and while I was impressed with a few dresses at those stores, I can't afford a $3,000 dress. I went back to David's and tried on the first dress and it was just amazing all over again. The staff was friendly, but busy. I see other reviews bashing them for having multiple appointments at once but I don't think that's the staff's fault. If they're understaffed, they're understaffed. Everyone is right now and I think people should show a bit more grace and understanding about that. Even though my associate was busy, she was polite, helpful, and attentive. I wish I had gotten her name. I didn't get the name of the lady who helped me the first time either. They respected my budget and helped me find my perfect dress, and had lots of options. I hate to leave this review, because I had a lovely time picking out my dress and my bridesmaids' dresses. Because of that, I chose to get my alterations and some alterations for my bridesmaids done here as well. The appointment was for today, I got a call on Wednesday to confirm. I arrive at the store, and there is a paper sign taped to the window saying they are closed. No notice, no call, nothing. I flew into town from Colorado and drove nearly an hour to get there for my appointment, and they were closed without notice. I called several numbers to try to figure out what to do, and I was put on hold and hung up on every single time. read more

I wish I had caught the stylists name/remembered it, she was SO sweet and patient with me. I have a lot of clothing try on anxiety and she did so great at clipping the dress and trying to make me comfortable which I appreciated. Tried on three dresses as I'm feeling out what will suite me for the final purchase. Unfortunately the one I think I'll like most so far wasn't in store for that size but they suggested seeking the other location which isn't too far away and the other employees were also very friendly. read more

So, here's the deal: as soon as I turned 30, all of my friends decided to start getting married. All at the same time. All of them. I'm not complaining, because it's been a blast; but I do have the bridesmaids dress experience down pat. I actually had a pretty unique experience with David's Bridal, because the bride wasn't even registered there. I just found a dress that would be perfect for me in her wedding (we are all wearing different dresses), so I tracked it down and this location had it. When I called to inquire about it, they asked me when the wedding was, and when I told them it was June 10th, they basically acted like I was super behind in the process and I might be too late to get the dress. They made a huge (HUGE) deal about me coming in immediately, so I canceled the plans I had that day and hauled ass. The experience was pretty easy once I was in the store. It's definitely not the nicest place and seemed a bit messy, but I really only cared about the dress. I tried it on, found the right size, and placed the order. They told me they'd call me when it was in, which was apparently going to be right before the wedding, cutting it super close. So you can imagine how surprised I was when I got a call the NEXT WEEK that the dress was in! Obviously that was ideal, but I don't know why there was such commotion originally. The dress is gorgeous and was pretty affordable, so no major complaints. I probably won't visit David's Bridal when I'm picking out my own dress, but I'm glad I was able to find what I needed this time. read more

Let me just say this. Some bridal salon stylists try to help you because they care about you and your experience as the bride, while some stylists just want to get paid a commission. David's Bridal needs to work on customer service across the board. They need to figure out a model that makes the customer's experience the most fair it can possibly be, especially given that buying a wedding dress is a huge (and emotional) decision with a huge price tag. I went into David's Bridal feeling very intimidated and unsure of what I was looking for. When faced with an indecisive bride who is just starting out on the dress search, stylists should be advised to approach these situations with special care. If there is any indecision apparent whatsoever, stylists should not be allowed to let that bride pull that credit card out because she feels pressured to buy something after taking up the stylist's time. They should encourage them to think of other ways to become more sure of their decision. Perhaps they could encourage them to come in another day once they've thought about it, not at all making the bride feel rushed, pressured, or bad for not making a decision to purchase that day. Or perhaps they could encourage the bride to order a dress online, since online orders have a 14-day return period (although they wouldn't get a commission in that case). Either way, they should be thinking about the bride and her experience! I recommend that if you are extremely indecisive as I was in the beginning, either order your dress online (like I mentioned before, they give you two weeks to decide whether or not you want to keep the dress) or talk to the store manager about possibly getting at least a few days to change your mind and bring your dress back for a full refund (not just in-store credit). I know they state that there is a no return policy for in-store purchases, but I find this extremely unfair for brides who are just starting out in the dress search and are not really sure what they are looking for or haven't really had much time to process their big-purchase decision. Just mention to the manager that if you are not allowed to get at least a few days to return the dress that you buy in-store (of course, the dress must be in the exact condition it was purchased if you are taking it home from the store) or cancel an in-store order they placed online, you will simply opt to order the dress online yourself. They can make a choice at that point what they are going to do what's best for YOU as the customer (and for their stylists). read more

I came in without any idea of what I really wanted. I saved some images of some dresses I liked to show my stylist just in case. Upon arriving we were greeted and told to look around this area and pick out the dresses that I liked. What I like all looked similar. When my stylist came I told her I never tried on a dress before, I'm not how to dress my body for it, and would love feedback. She told me she will pull my dresses and go from there. I tried on my dresses and kept giving feedback. I finally tried on the last one and it actually looked good! I had 30 minutes left in my appointment and I told her what I liked from gowns and if there was anything like that and then I asked what she thinks I should wear. I got no feedback. I got nothing. I left and opted not to return. My first time trying on a wedding dress and I was very disappointed. Maybe I need to go to smaller bridal shops to get the type of service I want; a professional to listen to what I want and help me dress my body. Unless you've tried on a bunch of dresses and know EXACTLY what you want.. DONT come here. read more

David's bridal, stop gaslighting your customers and treat them with no respect. Bought a dress, have to be go to back to the store more than 5 times because either I received a different dress from product I ordered, or the new dress had 10-inch tears, or they messed up the shipping. If this is not an absurd enough experience, let me give you a glimpse of their non-existent customer care: 1. By the 3rd time I had to go to the store to return the dress because it was the wrong color (I ordered IVORY, they sent me NUDE), I was told "it's typical for brides to come back 3-4 times." (we are not talking about alterations here - simply getting the product exactly as you fitted and ordered) 2. Called store 3 times to reach the store manager. Each time the associate promised me that the store manager would call me back the next day. Never did. 3. Emailed the customer complaint email address, first time on 10/24 - never replied. second time on 11/3 - a brief response saying they are looking into this, but never replied since. 4. Called store customer complaint number. First time on 10/28 - promised a 48-72 hour callback. Never received anything. Second time on 11/8 - quoted a "technical problem" and cannot process the complaint. read more

I had my bridesmaids and MOB order their dress a year in advance to ensure plenty of time for alterations and or mishaps. My mom bought her dress off the rack there, and paid 170$ for alterations (which was more than the price of the dress) and it needed 1/4 inch taken in under each armpit. When she went to try it on after alterations they had taken the whole back of the dress in 1/4 inch all the way down the zipper! So then it was unable to zip closed. So she had them remove it, let it back out and altered it herself at home. One bridesmaid ordered an 8, and received a size 12. So she returned it to the Sunset Hills location and they had to rush order a size 8 in and she can't pick that up until 2 days prior to the wedding. Another bridesmaid ordered a size 12 and received a size 6, so I called Sunset Hills knowing a size 12 was just returned there. They said it had already gone back to the warehouse. I said "No my mom was just there and even took a picture of the size 12 hanging out in the open. She put the Manager on. I spoke with her and demanded she go check the store herself before just telling me it had been sent back to the warehouse. After being on hold almost 10 minutes the size was found. I had to pick the dress up myself, have her call in advance to pay for it, and now have to meet her out of town to give it to her since I don't trust them to ship it. Why wouldn't I trust them you ask? That's because another bridesmaid of mine who lives out of town ordered hers and paid for it and was having it shipped to STL to her moms house. After the store had it for months they called me saying it needed to be picked at the store out of state or they'd ship it back to their warehouse. I called the bridesmaid and she said she spoke with the store 4x telling them to ship to her moms address in STL. But they never did. So that bridesmaid had to pick up her dress herself and fly with it to STL for the wedding. Now let's go back to the bridesmaid who ordered the 12 and received a 6. Thank God my bridesmaid told me she had just returned a size 12 to the Sunset Hills location because the one in Jefferson City, MO said they couldn't rush a size 12 in in time for the wedding. So they were having her order an entirely different dress (style and color) that they thought looked most "similar" which no it did not. I shouldn't have to solve their company's constant mistakes. We came upon a couple dresses that were cute so we asked if we could try them on. They assigned me Tiffany and she was super sweet and friendly even though I didn't have an appointment. I tried 4 dresses but none were quite right and it was getting late, so I made an official appointment for the next day. I must've tried on 11 dresses total and went over an hour past my scheduled appointment and Tiffany was great and patient the entire time. My only complaint is her picks didn't exactly give me the feeling of "wow" - don't get me wrong, they were all beautiful dresses and all within my budget, but I didn't get the feeling that any of them was "the" dress. That was all fixed when she brought the manager over (Brandy, or Laura? Can't remember. Blonde hair, on the short side). The manager asked me to describe what I liked and disliked about each dress. A salesperson who was supposed to assist us was very rude and was helping another group at the same time...not very knowledgeable of any questions we had for her, couldn't find her most of the time she was walking away... Stepped over my daughter almost pushing her to the ground not even saying anything about it.. She tightened a bridesmaid dress too tight after we told her to stop and she snapped at us. The woman that helped me was very knowledgeable, and after I showed her what I was looking for she went right to the dress that I had a picture of. But for someone who is on a tight budget they are the ONLY bridal store I went to that didn't make me feel like my $500 budget was out of the question!! I just called the store to place an order for a bridesmaid dress. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up to call back. I was then hung up on 5 more times. Not one sales person was willing to take my order. I find it frustrating how bad their customer service was. I then had to purchase my dress online and pay an extra $15 for shipping which was unnecessary since I live close enough to this store to pick up my dress. I sent over dresses that I wanted to try on, but they had not been pulled and instead of using those the "stylist" asked me to walk around the store and take photos of dresses I liked then let her pull them. Wasn't this the whole point of of sending over favorites via email that I found on their website? There were some nice dresses, but before I had a chance to try any on the manager ways very rude to my mother so we decided to leave. They also have the bride ring a bell when she chooses her dress, very tacky. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My sister made an appointment and was really excited about it. We got there about 10 minutes before the appointment and we're almost completely ignored after checking in. We found all of the dresses ourselves, someone led us to an open room and said they'd be helping us and never came back. Finally after trying on several dresses with no assistance, someone walked by and acknowledged we needed a bigger size. Then, to top it off, my sister came out with a bigger dress and needed the back clipped up to see what it would look like fitted and the employee said "who let you even pick that out? We can only take dresses down two sizes, it's too big, try again" so unprofessional and inconsiderate. No one acknowledged us as we were leaving. Horrible experience. Maybe it's my fault for coming on a busy Sunday afternoon. Maybe it's my fault for not knowing exactly what size dress I needed. But my experience here at David's Bridal was less than ideal. I'll start from the beginning... I walked in and was greeted immediately. Nice. I told the friendly woman that I was there to get fitted for a bridesmaids dress, and I gave her the name of the bride. She looked up the name and found the dress that I needed to order. Fine. She told me that a woman by the name of Kim would be with me shortly to get me measured. 20 minutes later, Kim shows up. She's a gruff middle aged woman who apparently doesn't know how to smile. Great. Our conversation went a little like this: Kim - "So what size dress do you need?" Me - "I don't know..." Kim - "What size dress do you need?" (yes, she repeated her question over again like I was an idiot! Hell, maybe I am for not knowing my own dress size? Sue me.) Me - "Isn't that the point of me getting measured? So you can tell me what size dress I need?" Kim - "No." Me - "Okay...I guess I'll try on a size 6?" Kim - "We don't have a size 6. What about an 8?" Me - "Uhh...okay." Well, guess what...I guess I do know my dress size, because the 8 didn't fit! Long story short? I ended up going with a size 6 and praying that it fits when the order comes in. So am I wrong? What part of 'get measured for a bridesmaids dress' was I missing here? I was expecting measurements to be taken, but apparently, I watch too much TV or something, because that's not the way it's done at David's Bridal. I'm going to leave some of the nastier comments about David's Bridal to myself, but I was glad to leave that store. I'm almost positive that something will be wrong with the dress when it comes in, but...*bites tongue* Yeah. Not a huge fan of this place. read more

This location has 4 star service and selection, but the DB chain as a whole is a terrible company when it comes to keeping their promise. I've stopped by here multiple times and worked with several consultants who had been very helpful. I have no major compliant with this store other than how busy they are. Once you get into your dress and come out to see yourself in the big mirrors, you will have at least 6 people (usually more) from other parties there gawking at you. Not a big deal but just to throw it out there if you are the type that wants more privacy. However, be warned that when you fill out that personal information form at your first consultation, you have pretty much given the entire wedding merchandising world the right to spam call and email you. Despite indicating that you do not want DB to share your information to other merchants, Oh they absolutely will. Ever since filling out the registration form, I have been getting calls nonstop from everyone wishing to cash in on the wedding bandwagon, including Mary Kay reps and some shady publishing company (Reader Services) that declares I'm entered into some sort of sweepstakes. In retrospect, I should have given them an non-operating phone number and an email that is dedicated to wedding spam crap. Seriously. It's ridiculous. This company has no shame :( read more

If I could give a -10 I would. I should start with my first bridal experience was in a tiny boutique and was very customer service oriented. This was none of those things. First of all, we had an appt for the time they opened. Arrived and stood aorund the podium at the front for 10-15 min before hounding them for someone to help us. Maybe we should have left then. So one person started my appointment, and someone else finished the appointment. I gave the first person a clear view of what I didn't want- Halter tops, mermaid style, too much bling, all of which they brought me to try on during the event. I can't even begin to tell you how terrible the dressing rooms are, tiny- no mirrors- and make you feel like you're in a dingy department store dressing room. ALl things i want to be thinking/feeling while looking for my dress....not. The dressing room leads out onto a stage? with mirrors everywhere and other people everywhere. TWICE the sales girl opened the dressing room while I was mid-change exposing me to the rows of people sitting in chairs facing the mirrors. Little boys were out there- like this was not ok- not professional and a terrible set up/ Call me a prude but I don't want to expose myself to middle school boys. Finally they brought me a dress with a halter top that had so much of other people's make up on the straps that I just got dressed and left. Sneaky girl- signed me up for another follow up appointment which I got in my email and promptly deleted/cancelled. Look if you have to buy a $99 dress I get it, this may be your only option, but if you can afford more try a better place because it will make the experience so much better. read more

My wedding is in a week. Earlier this week, I had a bridesmaid text me and quit my wedding. I was talking with another friend when this happened and expressed my frustrations. She responded with, "If we can find a dress, I'd be happy to stand in as a bridesmaid." We originally bought our dresses from David's so we headed to this location to see what they could do. The consultants were super helpful and helped pull every dress close to my friend's size in the color/fabric we needed. We actually ended up with about 10 dresses for her to try on which left me super surprised. We ended up finding a dress that fit perfectly and were able to buy it off the rack that day. I had an appointment to pick up my dress and final fitting on June 1 at the Sunset Hills store. I drove 10 hours to get there on time and realized I would arrive earlier than my scheduled appointment. I tried calling to see if I could get in earlier. I was put on hold and then the recording said there was no one available and call was disconnected. I arrived about 1 1/2 hours early so I go to some other stores. I decided to check to see if I could get in early only to find a "temporarily closed" sign on the door. There were associates in the store and one came to assist me. She said there was a sewage problem and customers were not allowed in the store. I asked why no one called me, her reply was it was her understanding (that sounds like she didn't really know for sure) that they were calling people and it was her first day back since last Thursday. I was told I could pick up my dress, take it home, try it on and take it to St Peters if there were any issues. She went to get my dress and proceeded to show me how to do the bustle only to find there were pins on the inside liner of the dress and it wasn't finished. She said she could fix it. Ok. After about 10-15 minutes she comes back with the dress, shows me how to do the bustle and has me sign the papers. I asked her when this sewage problem happened? It happened 1 week prior! They did not even have the decency to call me. They had more than enough time. So disrespectful of me, other customers, and our time. They do not answer their phones, even from their other stores. I was told if I had any issues I could go to St Peters and some of the Sunset Hills alterations people were working in St Peters. Well, there were issues with the bustle, still. AND, I realized they did not save the lace, as requested on my alterations ticket, that was cut off the dress when it was shortened. So, after having a friend check the fitting and the bustle and multiple calls to St Peters, I drive out there. The associates in St Peters were very helpful and fixed my dress. They also told me that no one from the Sunset Hills store had been out there to work and they didn't have any extra lace from my dress. Their suggestion was to have someone go by the Sunset Hills store, knock on the door to inquire about the lace. My friends' boyfriend (he's a very nice, good guy) drove by the store and was told they didn't have it and someone named Kitty did my alterations. Suggestion was to call St Peters , because, again, they were working out there! NOT. Called St Peters, no one has been there to work. Their suggestion was to call Fairview Heights store, no one has been there except a manager. "Who's on first?" I tried calling the customer service line today and after clicking on any of the options given, every call was disconnected. The actions, or non-actions, by the associates in the Sunset Hills store and by the David's Bridal customer service are despicable and so disrespectful of their customers. I spent a lot of time and money with David's Bridal and you would think they would have the decency to respond and correct any errors. The sewage problem is not their fault, I'm guessing, but for them to not call, to lie, to not respond to phone calls is reprehensible. I would not go back to David's Bridal and I urge anyone else to not use their services. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. This place is horrid. The staff aren't helpful. They can't keep appointments. They don't know when they'll be able to help you. The most sought after dresses aren't there. They can't seem to keep track of who came in first and who should be helped next. They had a couple of girls at their 'check in' desk that seemed decently willing to help.......at first. Then when you asked questions about how long the wait would be or if they had a certain dress, they suddenly seemed unsure they still had time to 'deal with' you. Hospitality is my business. Customer service is my first priority. If you can't handle you customer load, you need a new management team. There is absolutely no reason that customers should be left to fend for themselves and wonder how long til they will be seen, with or without an appointment. If corporate DB ever reads this, you need to fire the management in this location and start from scratch. The whole point is to make the bride's day special, not pad your pocketbook. Customer service here needs to be rethought and retrained. We ended up walking out and driving 45 minutes to the DB in another town because this place fails so terribly at working with the public. Now that I think about it, I may contact corporate directly. This place needs the extra help. read more

I used David's Bridal a few years ago for my own bridesmaids and had no major issues. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I recently visited again to pick up a dress for my sister and walked into major chaos. The three ladies at the front desk simply directed me over to the checkout area when I said I was here for a pick up only. I got into the long line and found out I was behind another couple who were there for a pick up only. After 20 min in line, they finally asked us both if we had been helped and when we replied no, we both were sent to another lady who still made us wait to be helped. I understand what its like to be a bride and I know how crazy this time in life can be for someone. If you're a full service bridal shop like David's, I would suggest over staffing, esp on Saturdays & Sundays, so your best return customers don't wait in the wrong lines, and don't get helped right away. They should have a separate area for pick ups which in one's opinion move a lot faster than if you're paying for the entire wedding party. Will I stop using David's? Probably not but I now know to bring something to occupy me next time I'm there. read more

Every girl has had to deal with a bridezilla in her life. You just don't get through your twenties without having to the bridesmaid to some nightmare that requires that you go with her everywhere from picking out underwear to picking out shoes for every outfit she will ever wear to any event that might have some relationship to her wedding. I am not bitching about any particular bride here (really, I'm not, it's more an amalgamation of all the bride stories I have heard over my life), I am just making a point....bridezillas exist, and most of us have had to deal with one at some point in our lives, even if the moment was only fleeting. I hate to admit this, but David's Bridal made a bridezilla moment go much more smoothly for me than I could have anticipated. When there was a shoe meltdown, they were kind, patient and found the perfect shoes to replace the damaged shoes the bride still clutched in her hands. Because they have such a huge array of stuff in this store, they can really find a replacement on the spot for whatever you need and they will get it to you quickly. I also heard a story about a girl who had all of her bridesmaid's dresses get ruined (I have no idea how this happened) and she needed to find replacements for her wedding asap (it was in two weeks). The women here pulled dresses in the right sizes off the racks and the wedding was saved. How amazing is that? I know I hate chains, but maybe this one is doing something right. They certainly have bridal volume, so they know what they are dealing with, and they are used to dealing with brides in crisis. We were assured they could accommodate a plus size bride and they couldn't. No help for bride in dressing room. Consultant had more than 1 appt. at a time and then sent someone else to tell us the other shop didn't have the dress in her size and never came back. The bridal consultants were not dressed professionally. It was a disaster. Go straight to Clarices and save yourself time and aggravation. Clarices was AMAZING ! read more

Choosing a wedding dress is really important, and I'm happy I chose David's Bridal for mine. Making an appointment was easy. The hours make it really easy to get in because they are open until late (I think 9pm). Choose an off peak (think - not on the weekend) time if you can. Expect to be there awhile. Why I chose to go to DB's was: I could look at their selection in advance online and in a catalog, low prices for bridal stuff, which is expensive to start, the ability to buy off the rack, and the variety of sizes available (plus sizes specifically). When I made my appointment, the lady who helped me gave me a heads up that consultants work with 2 brides at once. I don't mind this, because it keeps the costs down and I'd rather pay less and get a little less attention. Considering I had a bridesmaid and mom to help, I didn't need the full attention. My consultant, Corey, was really awesome though. She was really helpful, especially when I gave her a heads up on potential conflict. She gave me tips on alterations and was very attentive. We ordered our bridesmaid dresses here too, which were easy to do since they have so many sizes to try on and you can see what looks the best on every different body type. You get a discount on many things if you buy yours dress here. The dresses came in much earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise! After much fruitless searching for a dress for the rehearsal dinner, I found the perfect one here! It was so nice to try on and buy off the rack. They have a lot of dresses that a gal could use for many formal occasions. I would go back or recommend it! read more

David's bridal is a must if you're getting married, for obvious reasons. But it's limiting if you're looking for something unique. There are plenty of white and off-white dresses, but I want color- specifically a green dress- so I was relegated to the bridesmaids dresses. Which is fine, but for whatever reason green wasn't so prevalent. The service was ok- made an appointment, which is required, but still had to wait 20 minutes to be helped. The consultant was good at listening to what I wanted and directed me to areas to look for dresses that would fit the bill. However she said she would also take my measurements, but she never did. In the end I found a dress I loved, but it didn't come in green so I didn't buy anything. read more

I Should say that I wasn't the bride in this particular episode (nor am i yet) but I went in with my sister whom got married in march to both try on a dress for herself and the rest of the bridal party (including myself) a few months before hand. I should say that i was both nervous (having read reviews here and other sites) and reserved because many of the dressed i looked at online for bridesmaid dresses seem to be sleeveless and not being a stick-figured I didn't know if I could pull off but trying to be supportive, I went along. Quickly both of the fears were wiped away with the staff, and the selection. First, the staff didn't once try to ignore us or push us into anything that we didn't want or need. The attendant listened to my sister and gave her some ideas on dressed that might fit her style, and also listened to the rest of us whom gave our input and brought forth the dress that my sister chose and was happy with. That was the first visit that we came on and the exchange left us happy and satisfied along with the other things she needed to purchase for her outfit. Now, a few weeks later we came back with the bridesmaids and we had us a great with the same attendant whom helped my sister and gave us a few different ideas after we picked a few dresses. When the ones who chose weren't the best, she suggested a dress that had just came in and went to find one of the samples as when we all tried it one found it was what we all wanted (strapless, of course... but I was okay with that!). They called us a few weeks after the ordering to tell us all of it was in and found they were all the right fit, no problems as I've seen from some of the other posters. read more

Wish I could give this zero stars! Went to this location last weekend with my Mom to start out looking for a wedding dress. When we walked in we were not only NOT greeted by the worker at the door but completely ignored the whole time we were shopping. We continued to walk around cluelessly since no one had asked to assist us or ask what my options/size/interests were. We had to ASK an associate for a fitting room when we did end up picking out our own dresses. The dressing room was about the size of a small closet, and the associate walked away after showing me where to go. I had NOT ONE associate help me try on or pick out dresses the whole time I was there. While trying on dresses they needed pinned back for me to see what I was even trying on since some of them weren't my size. Several dresses had buttons falling off, strings hanging off, and DIRT/MUD STAINS ON A WEDDING DRESS. Both me and my mother felt VERY VERY disappointed in our experience as this is supposed to be a very exciting time and something to enjoy. The customer service was extremely poor! I would never recommend this location to anyone! read more

I made an appointment for matron of honor dress fitting. I showed up with the bride and the place was a zoo. It took over 20 minutes for someone to even come help us and then she was clearly busy helping many other parties. She was not able to find some of the dresses we wanted and when we asked for a different size she never brought it. The bride and I ended up picking out all of the dresses ourselves. Also, the room we were put in was back in a corner. There were two other parties in the same small space so it was really difficult to get in and out of the dressing room, much less actually see what the dresses looked like. We ended up picking some dress options for the other bridesmaids, but only because they aren't close by to go to a nicer shop. read more
