My daughter and I visited the David's Bridal Shop in EastChase with the intent of browsing not realizing that we should be shopping for her bridal gown. Her wedding was only about 90 days away. Ms. Goodwin, the asst store manager, welcomed us at the door, inquired of our visit, and quickly realized our need. She scheduled an appointment later that afternoon and when we returned we were greeted by Shakeidria. She was so knowledgeable of the shop's inventory and pulled many gowns for my daughter to try. She was so patient as she pulled dresses we thought would be perfect only to learn that the ones she recommended ended up being the top two contenders. For 2 1/2 hours she assisted with changes of dresses, accompanying undergarments, shoes, veils, hair clips, belts, and accessories. She was patient and kind even with helping me to snap a cell phone picture as my daughter finally "rang the bell." She had found her dress! We were all a little weepy. The dress was ordered and sweet Ms. Barbara expressed her hope that the dress would arrive in time for alterations. Thank goodness Ms. Goodwin had taken a personal interest in two random browsers or we would have missed the deadline for ordering the dress of my daughter's dreams. What a wonderful experience I had on Sunday, May 22, 2016. My husband and I are renewing our wedding vows in August and I wanted a dress that would be simple and elegant for this service. Shay was phenomenal, she helped us find the perfect bridesmaids dress in a quick and efficient manor, her customer service skills were superb and by far surpassed my expectations as well as my prior experiences at davids bridals! Angeline was able to fit me into her schedule on the spot for last minute alterations when I explained to her how tight of a schedule I was on, and was magnificent in making sure that the alterations and pick up days worked for my schedule being that we are going out of town for the wedding. I shopped here March 26th, 2016 hoping to find a beautiful dress within my budget. I came in frustrated, having tried two different boutiques and tons of dresses, I felt defeated. We went in on a Saturday around 4 pm, so it was a little hectic but the staff there were so helpful and cheerful. My consultant was Mychaela and she was WONDEERFUL! She was quick, she pulled beautiful dresses and she was very warm. She was like a friend. I even accidentally hit that poor woman in the nose while trying on a dress and she was nothing but sweet! The entire store was great and I highly recommend Mychaela if you want someone that will listen to you, put you at ease and more your trip go a lot smoother. I went into the store on 06/13/15 not expecting to find THE dress for my upcoming wedding. I was in the mindset of just trying on different styles and then deciding later. Peppi was my consultant that day and I have to say, she was incredible! She was so sweet and patient with me as well as with my mother and cousin. She never once seemed like she was annoyed with helping me and had picked out several different styles for me to try on. Eventually, I ended up finding THE dress with the awesome help of Peppi. My experience with Jennifer P. was great the night I went to try on wedding dresses. She was very helpful with letting me try any thing I wanted to. She also helped by giving me her honest opinion when it came down to a decision, because I liked several & I asked for it. This was my second visit with David's Bridal because I was not happy with the first time. It makes a huge difference to deal with someone who is knowledgable about what they are selling , especially for someone like me who really had no clue what I wanted or what looked good on me because I am not a tiny person. I had a wonderful experience at the East Chase DB. Shay was my consultant, and she was just lovely. My party was noisy and opinionated (in a loving way) and Shay was able to hear everything they said and helped me find a perfect, flattering dress. They also had an awesome plus sized selection which I was worried about, because sometimes it is just hard to keep the bigger sizes stocked. I was worried about this location because a few people had told me they had a bad experience- but I have no idea what they were talking about. I went in by appointment on a Saturday and it was probably the single best retail experience I've ever received. My stylist was Shay, and she was absolutely incredible. She was attentive, she helped me in and out of dresses, she answered every question, and looked up any answers she didn't know off the top of her head. She made not only me, but my bridal party, feel extremely welcome and comfortable. She helped me accessorize when needed and made suggestions at other times. I have not had the best of opinions about this particular location in the past. So many friends have had very bad service. Mychaela redeemed that today! She is super sweet and obviously loves what she does. She has good knowledge about the dresses and made me feel beautiful. She communicated clearly and professional and was very very very nice. I bought a dress for a party but then I lost quite a bit of weight. The dress looked like a colored tent on my body now so I needed to exchange... but I could not. If I pay $130 dollars for a dress and it doesn't work out I would like to be able to take it back. I can imagine it would be a greater problem if you bought dresses for bridesmaids and one or two don't fit them so now you need to buy another $230 dress with no returns. VERY DISAPPOINTED read more

I went for my first fitting and the appt was at 6:30pm. By 7:20pm I was still waiting and pretty frustrated...until I met Ms. Angie! She was so sweet and took me right back and apologized for the wait 100 times. She was very professional and made the appt all about me like I was her own daughter, which really meant a lot since my mom and sister couldn't be there. She saved that appt for me! I had such an amazing experience with Mrs. A who does the alterations. Both times I visited her, she took time with me.
