Nicky was our sales Associate we were walk ins the first time it was just my daughter and I think she tried on 15 dresses Nicky went and got them all different ones after 3 may I say she helped her find what sorta she was describing. Prices on one loved was not what we was wanting to pay at all! So NIcky went and found what special(s) could bring it down and brought it down 250 i think probably wrong BUT she went out of her way to HELP us in anyway. Brought up about the davids bridal credit card. We left and that evening she called made a bridal party appointment. We was on time and Nicky amazing employee started helping right off Nicky ask her to look and Victoria showed her a picture to see if they had or real close to it they found 2 so 2 bridesmaids came this time so she tried I think only 5 this time and there was 2 that we all loved but she loved both a lot so Nicky gave her discount price on both. Allowed her to decide on her own put dresses on she put on the one and tears brought up in her eyes and Nicky looked at her and I said tears I believe sissy this is it!! Nicky brought bell up and told her the great tradition of David's Bridal!! The lady with black very pretty curls had been assisting and watching the whole visit and was so so nice as well!! She rung the Bell!!! We was so happy with Nicky help and care what my daughter wanted for her special day!!! Didn't stop with her she also done great with her first two bridesmaids finding their dress as well!! Each tried on 3!! Found maid of honor style and bridesmaids style. I don't think I could of ask for better service during this precious memorable moment!! That evening we came again for one of our pregnant brides maids and Nicky or any associate got smart with her and Nicky and another great lady during all day even assisted with it dont know her name but she's got beautiful black curly hair both was even excited to help her pull off a way to ask this one :) to be her bridesmaid. Had a great experience both times I visited in one week. Made a last minute appointment for a Wednesday and Maddy who helped me was wonderful and so friendly. She was honest about everything and was fun to converse with as she helped me try on dresses. I went back on a Sunday afternoon (without scheduling an appointment) and although they seemed busy, they took me in right away. Taylor who helped assist me in picking out and trying on dresses was so sweet and helped to aid in the accessorizing Of the dresses and the positive flow of the appointment. Laura came around to discuss with my mom and I in detail of alterations and what we would need. She also met us at the front desk to check us out and was so sweet about the experience. Another dress place I had gone to basically told me it would take 6 to 8 months for their dresses to come in and they also had another girl coming in to look at the dress I had picked as my favorite. The fact that this place (not David's Bridal) put so much pressure on me to buy an overpriced dress just turned me away. The ladies at David's Bridal were understanding during my first visit that I wasn't there to purchase, just looking to get ideas in which they helped me with very well. And during my second visit where I was looking to purchase they still did not shove items they wanted to sell me down my throat which I appreciated. I just told them I wanted to wait or I planned on looking somewhere else and they respected that and accepted with a smile. I was able to purchase my well-priced dress AND veil AND take them both home on the same day. We had good experiences with the others even great in our opinion. Little did we know searching for The Dress could be so wonderful!!! From the first step in the door we knew this place was different. Greetings and Smiles from the associates made us feel comfortable. Then we met Dena....Perfect!! Dena was everything we could have hoped for. Professional, with that "I am At Your Service and Happy to be here to help Attitude". Every dress Dena showed us was exactly the style my daughter described. She LISTENED!! She shared her experience, guided my daughter gently, letting her decide. I just can not say enough and probably could say it better, I have never written a review before. Dena was so perfect, I want other mothers and daughters to experience the best. I know my daughter and I had a wonderful day, after all it is a once in a lifetime day. My daughter lives out of state and we had never met Dena. I think that is important for you to know. We were a customer and she was happy to help us. This was evident from the start to the finish. Never pushing us toward a dress out of budget. Do yourself a favor call and ask for Dena. I've gone into this location on several occasions. Sometimes I did not have an appointment. I was always greeted the same way. I've visited several David's Bridal locations in Atlanta, Nashville, Detroit, and Orlando before purchasing from my local store. I love the intimacy of my local store. All of the other stores were just way to busy for me. There were too many people running in and out of the changing areas. I called at 10:00 on July 4th and got an appointment for me and my maid of honor at 11:00. Lisa was absolutely wonderful! She pulled all of my favorites that I saved to the David's Bridal app as well as a few other dresses. She was very personable, courteous and extremely patient. She was very knowledgeable of the dresses and accessories (sashes and tiaras). She was also good at making suggestions pertaining to the accessories with the dress I chose. I felt like I was taken care of. Once I narrowed my choices down to three dresses, Laura, came back and gave pointers and tips to help me choose "The One". We went back and forth between the dresses and no one seemed to be annoyed at my indeciveness. I tried different sashes and necklaces until I was content and comfortable making a decision. Once I made my decision, I was introduced to a very nice alterations person. I can't remember her name, but it began with the letter "P". She pinned the back of my dress up so that I could see what it would look like bustled. All of the staff were wonderful. I have looked and looked at the website. I walked in on a budget and I am a larger girl, so I knew that I might have to leave without a dress. I was told how everything was laid out in the store and how everything works as soon as I hit the door. After going over and checking all of my information to see if it is correct, they paired me with an associate that was so understanding. I told her that I was afraid that because of my size and budget that I would not find anything. She worked with me, showing me and helping me to pick out everything that I could remotely afford. After about 45 minutes, we found the perfect dress and it was surprisingly in my budget. She was above and beyond wonderful. She set up an appointment for alterations, asked me if there was anything else I needed for my wedding and was not pushy at all when I said no. I had such a great experience looking for my wedding dress at David's Bridal in Bowling Green! My consultant, Dena, was very helpful and she knew the answer to every question I could have possibly asked! I found the perfect dress here with the help of Dena (who is absolutely awesome). I would recommend this place to anyone! I found that making my appointment one of the earliest in the morning made it easier to avoid the crowd. When I couldn't make my mind up right away, they allowed us to go out to lunch and then made time for us to come back during one of their busiest times to try on my final two dresses again! I also brought along 3 family members with me and the staff made my entourage feel just as welcome as they made me feel. GREAT experience!! My consultant, Maddy, was such a sweetheart. She was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction but not overbearing and let me go through the dresses alone as well. She was great in the dressing room and was happy to do everything I asked. She listened to the concerns I had with the dresses I didn't like and knew exactly what to bring me next. I had a crew (14 people) with me and they made great accommodations for all of my guests. The staff was very helpful and did a great job of explaining things to me. When we finally found the dress (which is absolutely gorgeous) Maddy was more than happy to fix me up completely. She let me try as many veils as I wanted and even put shoes on my feet for me. I was so overwhelmingly amazed at the incredible service I received during my trip to look at wedding dresses. I didn't make an appointment since it was a last minute decision to go. Ciera was my consultant and I couldn't have asked for someone to be more helpful or professional. All of the associates I spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn't planning on making a purchase, just wanted to get an idea. She pulled the things I had saved and a couple options similar to them. My daughter and I were shopping for an upcoming school dance. Jackie greeted us when we arrived. She was awesome. My daughter is very shy, but before long I could tell my daughter was relaxed and enjoying the experience. Jackie made her feel welcomed amd special. I hadn't planned on buying a dress this day and I didn't have an appointment, but I went anyway. I was greeted immediately upon entering, they got all my information and scheduled me in. LISA ROSS was the lady that helped me find my dress. She is a WONDERFUL employee and I couldn't have asked for someone better to help me find the dress of my dreams. She was attentive and polite, and did everything she could to help me say "YES to the dress". She joked with me and made me laugh and made this very stressful experience nothing short of awesome! I went into this store not knowing what I wanted ...what size I was...I also had no idea what kind of styles would fit me I was introduced to Aleia. I told her the budget, all the above information and a little about the wedding. Aleia didn't shutter at my lack direction for her to go in...she just grabbed a few dresses and we headed to the fitting room ..I was amazed at her knowledge of the inventory thru out the experience. The very first dress she brought to me ..fit like a glove and was it beautiful..a 9.95...I went ahead and tried on like 5 more dresses ..eventually going back to that first one...it's just so perfect...she found me shoes..a piece for my hair and earnings ...and bam.. it was a 10! I went in on Friday the 16th looking for a dress for my upcoming wedding on valentine's day. I was assisted by both Sonya and Lisa. They were great and very helpful. I tried on a lot of dresses and I did find one I loved. The only thing was there wasn't always a dress in my size so I could see how it truly fit. But they worked in every way to make it look the best they could. They did have to special order my dress and it didn't cost any extra. I was thankful for that. Then I got to looking at other dresses and decided maybe I don't want the dress I picked. My daughter and I came in Saturday with the intentions of simply looking at bridesmaid dresses. Of course, she decided to try on a wedding dress or two. Only problem, we had other ladies that we had wanted to have with us for this event. Dena, our consultant was so very helpful Saturday and, came in on Sunday(her day off) to re-enact the dress shopping experience. She was GREAT!! My experience at David's Bridal was better than I had ever expected! My engagement is only two months long and I was so scared of going to the store and not being able to find a dress I liked, one that fit (I'm plus sized) AND one that could be altered by my wedding date. Jordan was amazing and she was so helpful. I picked out 8 dresses to try on and she actually found another dress that I ended up buying! All the sizes vary between designers and she knew exactly what dresses would fit snug or loose on me. I was in and out in about two hours! I have had a great experience with the David's Bridal in Bowling Green. While I did not buy my dress there, my eight bridesmaids, flower girl, mother, and future mother-in-law did. I also bought my shoes and veil from David's. My mother went to David's at least three times to try on dresses. When she finally found one at the David's Bridal in Cool Springs that was damaged beyond repair, (horrible experience) the wonderful ladies in the Bowling Green store called every store to locate an undamaged dress to replace the one she had purchased. I was so excited to say yes to the dress here with the wonderful Lisa helping me! I had been to a store before coming here that was such a bad experience I was nervous to try again. Lisa was wonderful and helped me find my perfect dress by the pictures I showed her and the budget I wanted to stay within. She was patient, supportive, friendly, and welcoming.
