Although experienced, I was probably, one of hundreds they'd represent. I then turned to Yelp and discovered The Taub Law Firm. Elliot Taub was prompt to answer my email within 24 hours of contacting his firm. From the start, Mr. Taub and his colleagues were extremely attentive, helpful, transparent, and professional. Elliot genuinely believed in my case, made me feel like a priority, and always had my best interests at heart. After multiple surgeries, rehabilitation, and nearly 4 years, my case settled successfully. The path to that point was extremely difficult and I cannot thank Elliot and his team enough. The level of dedication they showed me was incredible. You will not find better representation anywhere else.

My car accident was (fortunately) not serious enough to merit their legal team's help, but I couldn't have been more appreciative of the fact that on my very first call, the receptionist was able to put me on the phone with an available lawyer who asked me a series of questions regarding my accident and even though we determined that he wouldn't be able to help me, he still stayed on the phone and continued to answer questions on how I could solve my medical and insurance issues on my own. I ended the call feeling better educated about my accident and respected as a potential client. I would certainly recommend The Taub Law Firm to family and friends and they will be my first call should I ever need council in the future.

Before the hearing, he reached out to me to discuss the details and ensure I was prepared. Later that evening, he called again to see if I had any questions. His commitment to helping me was truly impressive.

This law firm has failed me for the past two years as I fought for disability and the lawyer…read moreappointed to me cared very little about my court hearing and the conditions I was reporting for my case. He also told me that I can't just "sit on the conditions and rest on my laurels" which is extremely offensive to say to anyone let alone someone filing for disability with proper documentation and qualification for benefits. I then stood up for myself and he told me I was being combative and not helpful. He had no real interest in winning my case or supporting me as a human and shamed me for not having "numbers," of compulsions for my OCD disorder. He dismissed me and my suffering and further explained without these specific numbers that it would be hard to testify, because it is a "numbers game." Meanwhile the judge never asked me the questions he did, not to mention this lawyer called me the DAY BEFORE MY HEARING. That was the first time we spoke to each other in preparation for my case. I filed in 2024, it is now the end of 2026 and I have to appeal a second time with little to no support from this law firm. I hope to change representation.
