Finished rings

Davide was an amazing teacher and really helped you achieve whatever it was you had in mind! My husband and I were each able to make rings during our session and learned so much. Such a peaceful and fun environment. A great date experience while creating personal rings to take home!

Bracelet that complelments my ring

Have long loved Allied Arts and its support of independent artists. Davide Bigazzi is a jewelry master who runs a shop there. He is a master craftsman who designs beautiful pieces and teaches his craft to others interested in learning old techniques that distinguish his work. I recently went in with a ring I really love and asked him to design a bracelet that didn't exactly copy it, but would complement it when worn together. He did that and created the perfect piece for me at a fair price. Whether shopping for yourself or as a gift, he can create the perfect vision.

Learning from a master jeweler and silversmith is something not to be missed. Just a fabulous hands-on learning experience. I'm hooked!

Wonderful class. My 19 year old son and I went together. It was terrific and we learned a lot. Will attend again.

I was a little…read morenervous since I've never really been to a jewelry store before, but the entire process couldn't have been easier or more enjoyable. The associate who helped me was Grace, and from start to finish, she was AWESOME! She walked me through all of the options, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my jewelry needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a piece of jewelry for themselves or someone else. You won't be disappointed!

Yesterday, I had an appointment with Grace at Brilliant Earth to explore engagement rings…read more Unfortunately, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing and fell far below my expectations. Given Brilliant Earth's reputation and the beautiful rings showcased online, I expected a personalized, thoughtful, and enjoyable experience. Instead, I encountered impersonal service, a rushed and seemingly scripted appointment, high-pressure sales tactics, and underwhelming ring quality. Prior to my appointment, I explicitly communicated to Grace via email that my partner and I were in the very early stages of engagement ring shopping. My goal was simply to explore different settings, understand my preferences, and try on a variety of designs. I even provided links to several Brilliant Earth rings I was particularly interested in seeing. Despite this advance communication, none of the rings I requested had been pulled or prepared for my appointment. Grace showed me a handful of settings from the display case, none of which were the designs I had specifically mentioned. I actually spotted some of the rings from my email in the case myself and had to ask to see them. The entire purpose of my visit was to explore settings, yet this portion of the appointment felt incredibly rushed. I wasn't even given the opportunity to try on everything I wanted, or even look in the mirror before we were directed back to the table to look at diamonds. This was particularly frustrating because I had already made it clear that we were nowhere near the stage of selecting a diamond or making a purchase. Rather than listening to my needs and tailoring the appointment accordingly, Grace seemed determined to move us through a predetermined sales process. At one point, Grace asked what would be a helpful next step and suggested showing me a diamond shape I liked in one of my preferred settings. I agreed that this would be helpful. However, she then asked me to leave the room so she could speak privately with my partner about pricing and timing. During that conversation, she told him that I could see the combination I had requested if he paid for half the ring. I found this completely inappropriate and frankly unbelievable. We were there to explore options, not commit to purchasing a ring. The idea that seeing a particular diamond shape in a setting would be contingent on a substantial financial commitment, especially during an initial consultation, is absurd. What should have been a simple, helpful part of the shopping experience was turned into a sales opportunity. Beyond the sales pressure, the service itself was incredibly impersonal. Grace's approach felt robotic, transactional, and rehearsed. There was little effort to understand my preferences, explain the different settings, answer questions thoughtfully, or make the experience feel special. It was as though every customer was expected to follow the exact same appointment structure, regardless of what they had communicated beforehand. Engagement ring shopping is a significant and deeply personal experience. Customers should feel listened to, supported, and excited about the process, not rushed through a sales script or pressured into making a financial commitment before they're ready. I left feeling like a potential transaction rather than a valued customer with whom Brilliant Earth wanted to build a relationship. To make matters worse, I was also extremely underwhelmed by the quality of the rings themselves. The settings I handled appeared poorly made and did not reflect the craftsmanship or quality I expected based on the company's online presentation. Additionally, the showroom rings I was shown contained cubic zirconia rather than actual diamonds. A major part of shopping for an engagement ring is understanding how a diamond looks, sparkles, and interacts with a particular setting. Using CZ in the display rings made it difficult to properly evaluate the finished product and further diminished the experience. Ultimately, Brilliant Earth completely missed the mark. Beautiful online marketing means very little when the in-person experience fails to deliver on quality, service, and genuine customer care. My biggest disappointment wasn't simply that the appointment went poorly. It was that there seemed to be no genuine interest in understanding what I wanted or making this milestone feel meaningful. This is a purchase that requires trust, patience, and a personal connection, none of which I experienced. I will be taking my business elsewhere, to a jeweler that values building relationships, listens to its customers, and understands that purchasing an engagement ring should be a memorable and positive experience, not a pressured sales transaction. I sincerely hope Brilliant Earth reevaluates its approach to customer appointments. A more personalized, attentive, and customer-focused experience would go a long way toward living up to the reputation the company has built online.

This review is not about a specific sale but rather the customer service experience we encountered…read more We had to check the condition of our wedding ring. Found out the prongs were still in good condition (after we were told from an another jeweler that they needed to be repaired-their estimated was around $2,500). Then, Atif, cleaned the ring and another one, free of charge. Thank you!

Big shoutout to Emma and Olga for helping me out today! I've been meaning to get my wedding band…read moreresized for eons since having a baby over 6 years ago, my ring just doesn't fit the same as it used to. I've been putting it off forever but when I also happened to get a pearl bracelet from my husband for Christmas that got damaged and warped, I knew I needed to get it fixed. Since the original jeweler who made my wedding band and engagement ring went out of business many years ago, I needed to find a new local jeweler to help with my jewelry. After many very prompt back and forth messaging via Yelp, I finally found time in my busy mom life schedule to swing by and get my jewelry looked at! Olga and Emma were so kind and patient while discussing with me what we could potentially do with the bracelet. The ring resizing discussion was easy and we were able to settle on how much bigger I'll need the band. They send their jewelry offsite for repairs and were very clear and communicative about the process and cost. Loved my interactions with the staff and think I've found our new local jeweler for all our jewelry needs!
