So I'm not quite sure but I tried to get an appointment to see a spinal cord dr as I'm a spinal…read morecord patient. But they decided they won't see me mWeird right? But apparently even though they don't do surgeries there, they do that across the street So the famous Oklahoma spine hospital is only looking for injured patients to make money but not help the ones post surgery. Well played. What a garbage organization. Since my imgury I've met many people in my condition but don't worry I will never refer anyone to this dump. Hss as td to believe I left tx for "better healthcare" you guys are a joke

I had been referred by my old neuro surgeon to Dr. Daniel Harwell. Trying to make an appt to see…read morethis doctor has proven to be impossible! No matter who I talked to prior to moving here, including using their online contact us form to get established, and wait for however long for an appt, and with a referral (that NO ONE HAS EVER RESPONDED TO, and I was advised the referral department was backed up the first time I called (which was fine, I wasn't in state yet), that was over 2 months ago and still ZERO CONTACT, even after calling them) Also having my records in hand including all documentation and imagining on disc and electronically to being told to get those things and talked over by Nate the first time who had no clue what he was doing and had to keep asking the front end supervisor, he was nice though. Now today when I reached out to a very SNOTTY woman (I didn't bother to get her name), who absolutely had zero interest in helping me, and couldn't help herself but to talk over me. When I tried to tell her all of this was a referral and that I already have my records in hand, she continued to get worse talked over me still, at this point I'm DONE! I have given this provider and staff several chances to be the doctor and office I believed them to be and told they were and that's just not the case. Maybe the doctor is great but with staff like this NO THANK YOU! If you are looking for a headache then by all means, try these people otherwise hang up the phone and try elsewhere. I'd also like to add that if Kristen would like to learn to use her phone functions better, here are some tips: When calling a patient back just to hang up on them to be unprofessional, block your number or use your own personal phone instead of a business line. Yes I documented that too. I would also like to add that if the front desk transfers you a call and you don't want to take it or talk to that person, I suggest you mute your phone. Now we all know that phones can break, so I would also suggest disconnecting your headset, as I could hear every word you uttered and also putting me back on "hold" didn't stop me from hearing you or banging your handset on the desk for about a minute, before you actually picked up the phone to talk at me. Do better ma'am and have the day you deserve.

It's rare to find a business that I can't find *something* to pick at.... but TB&J is one of those…read more I've been seeing them for a couple years, monitoring a deteriorating right knee. I started with Dr. Caleb Nunley (Owasso), who is such a great doc. He listened, we talked, and worked out a plan to monitor things. Later on, I met with Dr. Susan Peterson, who did the actually surgery. Dr. Peterson is one of the best doctors I've ever met. She was open and honest about what I would go through, perfectly managing my expectations (which is not an easy thing to do). I could go on and on, but it would just be polish on the diamond. TB&J as a facility is outstanding. From the Union Pines surgery center to the main offices and Physical Rehab facility on the main campus, everyone I interacted with were extremely professional and relateable. Everyone was friendly, helpful and ready to help at every turn. Same goes for the folks at the Owasso office where I'm doing rehab PT. Brac'ee and Kayla have been so great to work with. They push you, sure, but they respect that you're in pain and do have limits. Overall I could not be happier with the entire team at TB&J, and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a voicemail from them on a Friday. Monday morning when they supposedly were supposed to be open at 8 AM I tried to return the call. I didn't get an answer until at least 8:10a. When I did, they immediately put me back on hold. If you can't get a hold of a person at a business on the telephone it doesn't speak well about the business. I assume those doctors have enough money already so they don't care about customer service or phone calls or trying to make an appointment to see one of their doctors. Negative stars I wouldn't be treated there if I had a compound fracture.

The doctors are great, but their accounting and billing department is TERRIBlE. They overbill and…read morewon't correct their mistakes even when your insurance company contacts them. They do not honor the contracts they've made with insurance companies to charge a certain amount based on whatever agreement they've made with your insurance company and that means we've been overpaying them by $70.00 every single time and yet they still want more from us and won't make it right. We have credit card statements showing we've consistently paid them whatever they asked every singe time and they always want significantly more every time we go. Our insurance company confirmed that they've been overcharging us and their accounting department has been absolutely a nightmare to deal with. They've been billing us worse than if we had no insurance at all and can't seem to resolve this so we will have to find a new place thar actually honors the in network contracts they've made with our insurance company and charges the correct amount based on what should be due according to our insurance. I highly suggest you get everything in writing from them, always demand a receipt because they don't even want to give you that, and don't expect them to keep their word when you call their accounting department and they make any agreements with you about your bills. It is also very difficult to even get them on the phone and when they know you've got proof of their mistakes, they'll simply tell you that they'll call you back about it but they never do. It's very convenient for them since it never gets fixed because of this and no matter what proof you have of the errors, they simply stonewall and do nothing about it to make it right. For this reason, I'd not recommend them to anyone because it's too stressful and expensive when they pull this and can't seem to apply insurance correctly or admit their mistakes. I must also say we were very disturbed to learn that the doctor they had me seeing had a long record from over 20 years of drug abuse and other serious violations and had been in trouble with the medical board many times. They not only overbill and don't honor their contracts with insurance companies, but they obviously don't care much about the safety of their patients. The doctor named Dr. Kenneth Kirk seemed very nice, but he has serious issues and was recently let go because the front lady says he broke the law. Once we were told this, we researched him and found several news articles about his problems over several decades long. I can't imagine this place don't know of his record when they hired him and it takes a lot of nerve to overbill people who you placed in medical danger with a well known negligent and mentally unstable doctor with drug issues. I'm very disappointed and hope whoever actually owns this place gets their act together and especially their accounting and billing department who are incapable of accurately processing insurance claims.
