But due to total uncooperativeness of the staff he was stuck with, out of desperation I called the Harvard office as my daughter was a patient there and had a Covid shot *scheduled*. I called, said who I was, that my daughter was a patient there and I'd like a shot too. The response--"of course we'll schedule you. Would you to go with her?" At the Bixby location, you will get personalized treatment. On the doctor side, Dr Glaser and Crystal will take care of all your needs in a friendly and informative manner. On the physical therapy (PT) side, Taylor and Misty will help you rehab in a 1-on-1 atmosphere. I've never seen a patient leave PT dissatisfied. Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. They make the whole therapy process fun and exciting, just be prepared to talk about food (that's the common convo topic among patients and staff here). And in the middle of the two sides, Beth will take care of all the paperwork and scheduling. This staff is a legendary bunch; you won't find people like this anywhere else. These guys really do care about the patients. I interned on the PT side of the clinic for 12 weeks, and behind the scenes, everyone here really cares about the patients; it's not a fake act they throw on during the day.
