I am so impressed with the service I have gotten at Advanced Ortho. I had fallen and hurt my shoulder and they got me in right away. When I walked up to the window to check in they were very quick. My wait time was only about 10 minutes. Then when I got back to the room it was about another 10 minutes until Dr Worsham came in. We discussed the need to do an MRI. The care and concern that I got by his bedside manner was outstanding. He explained my diagnosis after the MRI and I really felt at ease being in his care. read more

The wait here is always pretty long. Every time we come it's 1.5-2 hours. ALWAYS so be prepared to wait. Doctors seem knowledgeable but my husband was misdiagnosed which has caused further delays and damage to his treatment. Ask lots of questions and don't be afraid to get a second opinion if needed. Staff is courteous but never goes out of their way to help with anything. We'll definitely be back because my hubby is locked into this dr now because of a work comp claim. Sept 25th I had surgery a total knee replacement after the surgery I quickly found out that this surgery would be very painful he never explained what to expect after and I went home. And it was a blur I tryed to sleep as much as possible however because Dr.labutti decided that will only give one prescription for pain I know that I took the medicine exactly the way I was told to and so everyday the bruising and pain got worse and worse and when I called to see if I needed to come him Dr labutti told me to go to hospital. I have had about 15 and they were really big but this surgery is at the top and has been a nightmare if ur in need of a knee replacement go to anybody else because he doesn't care about ur recovery read more

2/4 of my kids have broken bones: one had his leg broken and we had been to 5 places before we found AOOK every place said he's just a boy he's fine.. nope 7+ fractures throughout his leg. We are currently on week 3 of a buckle wrist fracture with my daughter and they have been AMAZING! She's on her second cast. The cast team is FANTASTIC! She was nervous and they gave her all the suckers and walked her through everything. Dr. Cunningham and his team are the absolute BEST! I have been to urgent care and they treated me correctly and efficiently when I broke my foot, they scheduled an MRI the following days to get me the best results and treatment. I was impressed we only had to wait 15 minutes to be seen since it was an urgent care. read more

95% of the time the efficiency of this model is quick. I never have to wait any longer than 5-15 minutes. Dr. Rahhal and his PA Ryan have always been ready to help me feel better. The girl working the check-in at his Pod never smiles but she has to deal with people all day every day so I give her a pass. read more

We stopped by today because we were referred by my pain management doctor. I am experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders and some numbness in my fingers. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had with doctors of any type. The place is really nice and very busy. The nurses were great. We had a wait time less than 15 minutes. Everything up to the point of seeing the doctor was great. The doctor refused to listen to anything his patient said. He would ask a question, then cut off the response, then he would ask it again. This went around for several minutes. He was demeaning at times, stating several times that he was a neck surgeon randomly like we were giving him info that was not needed. After we responded to his questions about my past surges. After he asked where my pain symptoms were the third time and again cut me off, my husband asked the doctor to slow down and listen. The doctors response was.. who are you? Like he didn't even notice my husband in the room up to that point. He then stormed out of the room, saying he would cancel the appointment without charging us anything. The doctor wanted to know who did my surgery and when. Then, he could not understand that my last neck surgery was done as an emergency procedure in the hospital, and I didn't think to ask for their name after recovery. I have had at least a dozen surgeries over the past 5 years. I don't remember who did what when exactly off the top of my head. Frustratingly, my husband tried to answer who did the surgery and when, but the doctor didn't seem to have the mental bandwidth to hear 2 people at the same time and seemed to not hear him at any point. At one point, I tried to look up the information he wanted on my phone, but the doctor demanded that I put my phone away and talk to him. I will certainly remember this doctors name, though. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe we just couldn't understand each other. But the staff did not seem surprised that we were leaving as they refunded our money. They didn't say it, but you see by the staff responses that this often happens. I give this feedback in hopes that the office manager takes action to correct this in some way. If this was our experience, then you can bet many others are experiencing the same. I record all of my doctors visits because my memory is not the best. If you were to listen to my recording... it would blow your mind. On another note, all of the info the doctor wanted was collected by the nurse and could have been found in my chart. I understand the doctor is very busy, but he could have saved several minutes and an unsatisfied patient by simply taking 30 seconds to sift through this info before entering the room. Knee surgery. Was misinformed right from the start. Truly the worst experience. Definitely wished I would have not trusted this group from the IOVERA nerve block to the knee surgery. I can't recommend due to my very poor experience. I would love to post detail of my nightmare experience, but don't believe it'll allow 1 million words on here. Do your homework! Read reviews. Don't trust what the surgeon says. They're a turn and burn. VERY little regard to their patients. On a positive I had a good experience with their office and office process. 10 weeks post op and still in an incredible amount of pain. More pain now than before the surgery. read more

Horrible. Stay far far away from these people. They found out my typically elective plastic surgery was going to be covered by my insurance and promptly canceled my surgery. I'm traveling from out of state and already had arrangements made for my house, job, kids, pets--all of it. After wasting 40 minutes of my time, the "nurse" lied on the report to the medical team telling them I had conditions I don't and that I am being treated for things I am not. The CEO and Medical Director are useless and just pass the buck from one person to another or blame someone else entirely. Zero sense of compassion from anyone on this team. The Medical Director is rude beyond belief. I wouldn't trust these people with the feral cat's down the street. RUN! read more

I went here recently for the first time to see Dr. Marsh for a surgical consult for my ankle. The place is really uniquely set up. Almost felt like an airport, but really well done. Everything is laid out exceptionally well and coded so everything is super easy to find. The staff are super friendly and attentive from front desk to the nurses to the rad techs. Let's not forget the doctor! Dr. Marsh is out of this world! Amazing bedside manner, compassionate, friendly and overall just a salt of the earth guy. He listened to my concerns and he assured me with minimally invasive surgery that will have minimal scar tissue, I'll be right as rain sooner than I expected. You can just tell he truly cares for his patients and their overall well being. Needless to say if you have any ortho issues, especially of the ankle, you MUST see Dr. Marsh!! I have recently experienced serious foot pain and visited Dr. Hawkins at the Advanced Orthopedics. While I was quite satisfied with the Orthopedic doctor and his staff, unfortunately, I cannot say the same about some physical therapists at the PT facility. I had an appointment with was Ms. Melody. During our session, she seemed to be quite preoccupied with something else; kept walking away, and barely spent a few minutes at the treatment area. Her immediate hands-on treatment lasted literally 2 min; for the rest of the visit, I was on my own doing something else with the prompts. At the beginning of the session, she mentioned that was doing therapy for 30 years; so she might become jaded doing the same thing for such a long time. At least it was my feeling that she was quite disinterested in doing the therapy. Or maybe. she had a bad day; either way, it was not a treatment as needed and excepted. Ultimately, I did not see any sense in subjecting myself to a neglectful attitude and lack of professionalism again, I had to cancel my next appointment with that therapist. The next visit was with a PT assistant Ms. Emily Trout, and it was finally a much-needed therapy session. Emily is an attentive listener and has a therapist's skills and manners. At the end of the session, she showed me several effective ways to continue therapy at home. During my visit, I also observed that one of the male PT employees behaved quite rowdy. He walked around a patient with a coffee cup in his hand, he was singing, laughing talking about his music preferences as if he were at home. I could hear him from another corner of that large space walking around a young female patient and playfully yelling his instructions to her. Unfortunately, most of the patients who are coming to PT have serious health problems, and the PT treatment area should resemble a medical facility and not a gym. Advanced Orthopedics Management needs to train their employees to provide better customer service and show more professionalism. read more
