I've been in pain for 2 days now Waiting to get scheduled for laser surgery to break up a kidney stone. I barely have had any response from his offices and my pleas for pain relief have basically been ignored. The 1st doctor I saw in that office was great he informed me my blood pressure was high and I could not take ibuprofen anymore. Then I got switched to doctor Benson my surgery got canceled and I had to go to the hospital because my blood pressure had got dangerously high because of the pain I'm in. It is clear he doesnt want me as a patient telling me he's not going to keep filling pain medication. Eventho upon my hospital release I contacted them immediately to let them know everything was now under control and to schedule the surgery. I wouldn't have even asked for pain meds if they hadn't completely ignored me leaving me with increasingly excruciating pain. I got nothing at all! I mean were they even going to call and let me know they weren't going to try and reschedule? well if they'd done the surgery I wouldn't be asking. If he didn't want to prescribe then he should've told me to go to the hospital. I'm not letting that man touch me. At all.. and in the meantime my pain has increasingly got worse I was told by his nurse to take ibuprofen not only that but she did not inform me how much I could take which is only 1200 mg A-day. I was simply informed that I would have to read the back label I was appalled. It didn't seem to matter to him that overuse of ibuprofen can hurt your liver very badly. It's clear he doesn't want me as a patient perhaps because my insurance is state funded? The public is told to be transparent with there healthcare provider but it's not the same for the doctor to the patient. It's time these doctors grow some balls and be transparent with their patients. It's more then his bedside manner that needs some help iwith it's his whole demeanor. He's the worst doctor I have ever seen. I now question his capabilities. Doesn't care enough about my health to know what's best for me. I will be putting reviews on every site that supports reviews of doctors as I don't want anyone else going through what I'm having to go through now. Really he needs to find a different profession.

I'm certain my mom was happy that my dad was seen within a few minutes of checking in. The clinic personnel were understanding and helpful to my folks'. Any type of visit /procedure is a tread on type of life event. The clinic staff kept things professional and source full. The doctor wheeled my dad outside to the car himself!! In my years of all the clinics and hospitals... this had wowed us all. We have never encountered a 'piece of heart' of any doctor who did "above and beyond." For the books, I recommend.
