I had to contact him multiple times for him to actually send me the instructions that I needed and then I had to ask how to navigate his awful website (which was also missing critical information/documents that I needed to file my return sucsessfully). Nobody I talked to seemed happy to help me. He had some lady answering the phone for him and she seemed very put off when I asked for help because they changed websites without telling me so I was trying to login to an old website with no idea that I wasn't even on the correct site. I think a box of rocks would be more helpful than David ever was.

Kept waiting for a half hour with no explanation, dealt with two different clerks who were rude, arrogant and most importantly INCORRECT in how they handled my visit, telling me they couldn't notarize their own form. Just received a call from a central Fidelity office asking me why I hadn't had the form notarized by Fidelity... well, because your own rude incompetent staff turned me away. There is something wrong with this branch.
