There were a lot of ups and downs with both transactions, but Caroline was professional, proactive and on top of it the entire time. She was always available for showings (or having a peer sub in), quick to respond to any and all questions / feedback and all but flew across the country to get multiple updates per day from our buyers' loan officer when there were issues with funding and closing on time. We went from Plan A, to B, to C and maybe Plan D (I honestly lost count of the issues and pivots we had to do) and she kept everything moving forward when it was trying like hell to go sideways again, and again, and again....
