I went to this office and was taken care of by Dr. Hearn for a tooth extraction Everyone in the office was wonderful I have very bad dental phobia and they went above and beyond to help me through this. I am always so afraid of not getting numb and feeling pain but Dr Hearn did a great job and made sure I was in no discomfort at all The extraction was very quick and painless. This experience has really helped calm some of my anxiety. I will only go here if I have any future problems. Dr. Hearn and his office staff are all Great!!! I highly recommend them read more

Awesome staff! & he cares for those like me, who are terrified of dentists! They really care!

I originally had an appointment scheduled in May. We realized the May date was during my daughters final exam week so we called early in May to reschedule for Jun 28th 1pm. Apparently this was not noted in their perfect record keeping system by their perfect staff so when we showed up for the appointment we were met with 'You were a no call no show in May so now you can longer be seen here at all. Our computers do not lie.' I literally work for a software company and know for a fact that computers nor humans are perfect. Errors, mistakes, and bugs happen. There was no room for error in the rude front desk's ladies lack of assitance. I never received an appointment confirmation email or text etc for even the May 23rd appointment so I did not feel strange not getting one for June 28th. Lesson learned is to confirm appointments in writing especially if it your first time. I think its blessing as I would not want my daughter serviced under the negative energy of this place. read more

This Dr. Is a hack! DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!! 1. Almost quit on my tooth extraction. 2. Cussed me out because my tooth wouldn't come out. 3. Told me to never come back again. 4. No aftercare instructions, or follow up appointments (which i could care less cause this dude is a effin joke) You would think for someone that was in pain for over three weeks from tooth, he would be a little more compassionate to his patient's. Easy in Dr was able to extract my teeth easily and whole process was fast and painless. Will recommend.

I had went to Family dentistry in Valparaiso to have a painful tooth evaluated. Dr. Garza said it needed to come out and sent me to see Dr. Jardenil later that morning. I had high hopes staff was friendly nurses were great! Doc came in numbed me up, said if I feel anything let him know. He started and I was feeling sharp pain so I put my hand up and he gave me more numbing medicine. Started again I was still feeling pain raised my hand again. He gave me more medicine but was getting visible frustrated. He said to the nurse" if she doesn't get numb we will have to send her out for IV sedation". He started again and I was finally numb and he said " see it's all psychological. When you tell them you are going to have to send them out all of a sudden they are numb." Then he starts to push seriously hard sideways on my jaw which is causing extreme pain on the side that wasn't numb due to having TMJ. I put my hand up again to signal that he was hurting me and he said" is there something wrong with your hands?" I said no but you are hurting me I have TMJ. He literally started huffing and puffing having a little tantrum. The nurse braced my jaw on the other side and said it was just a really difficult tooth to come out he was having a hard time. He finally starts pulling up instead of pushing to the side and is having a difficult time steps back takes his jacket off and is huffing and puffing and starts again. He finally gets the tooth out slams it down on the tray and walks out of the room. Very unprofessional. read more
