First off I wanna say that I liked how nice I was greeted when first visiting this shop.........but all changed shortly after that. 8/6/26 I went in to Felix Automotive to see if I could get my car looked at and was told he couldnt do it til Monday. so I went down dropped my car off on Monday 8/10/26 @10am and was told he couldnt get to it til the morning which would be Tuesday the 11th (today). At this point I left my car so he could do it first thing in the morning. So I called about my car at about 11am today 8/11/26 and was told he was pulling it in tothe shop right now to look at it. Called back to see what was going on around 2pm and was told the car would be done at 3pm. 3pm rolls around I call and was told he wont have it done til 4:30pm at which I said I cant have my car gone for another day cause I have work. At this point nobody has even looked at my car. So I talked to his daughter on the phone and I told her I needed the car for work I already missed today cause of not having my car. I jumped on the bus and went down to Felix Automotive and walked in, Larry asked if I needed the car and I said yes so I can get to work. I then asked if he has looked at it and he said no and told me S**T HAPPENS. At that point I asked if he cursed at all his customers and I got Larry in my face pointing at me with his finger. At this point I asked why he didnt call me and tell me he was busy and I could have took it somewhere else. I of course used the f word a few times but never towards Larry just in the frustration of the situation. Larry then went on to tell me F**K YOU with both his arms crossed like the old days. If you were busy you could have said you were busy not just leavy car there to sit. I would not recommend a place of buisness like this, if he will tell me FU, he will tell you FU also!

Felix Automotive Repair is the absolute best, providing impeccable top-quality service! Let me…read moretell you why... My car wouldn't start while I was visiting my mom in Fresno. I am a San Franciscan businesswoman, and we in the Bay Area live by Yelp reviews. Yelp is one of the most trusted sites for honest reviews. As a business owner myself for 21 years, I know that whatever is posted on Yelp is real. My brother had wasted time and money calling his friends to repair the car, and he and his friends ended up replacing the starter, only for the car not to start. I did my due diligence searching for an auto repair in Fresno, and I realized that Felix Automotive Repair had stellar Yelp reviews. The front desk woman, Zarina, was compassionate and understood my dilemma. I felt stuck and disappointed, and needed to get back home. Zarina explained my situation to Felix, and not only did Felix accept me bringing my car in at closing time, but he was also up the next morning at 6 AM, letting me know my car was ready for pickup. The entire crew at Felix's is on it, and he is the most honest and sincere businessman I've met in years in the automotive business. At a time when people are gaffling for extra money and taking advantage of people's misfortune, Felix is helping and providing top-notch service. Felix didn't try to break the bank or fabricate repairs. No, he was honest and said, "Lola, you can come and pick up your car. It was just a fuse." Are you kidding me? STOP! and listen to me... It was a fuse! Even though I live in the Bay, Felix is my forever mechanic! Felix, Zarina, my brother, and I laughed about the whole scenario because, at the end of the day, if my brother had listened to me when I said I think I found a mechanic that can fix the car, we would have saved a whole lot of money we wasted on the starter, which we didn't need anyway. Yelp is a trusted resource for honest reviews, and FELIX AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR has to be the best and most honest mechanic from Fresno to the Bay that I have encountered in years. If you don't know, you need to know that these people right here at Felix Automotive Repair are repairing cars with class, integrity, and care! Thank you and God Bless you, Felix and Zarina! It turned out that the damage was extensive and that the best option was to replace the engine, which wasn't worth the cost. They also allowed me to keep my broken car at their location for a week while I figured things out. Super in every way! Had 4 dashboard lights (Brake, ABS, VSC, !) show up on my 2004 Toyota Prius…read more Research on Google revealed I likely had an ABS module fail. Other symptoms which had been going on for a l-o-n-g time, were "chirping" when I would depress the brake while at a stand still , and a "whirring" sound, which apparently is the ABS module pump cycling on. Searched online for a mechanic who specializes in hybrid car repair. Happened upon Best Deal Hybrid Auto Repair and read positive reviews. Called an spoke with Hisham (the or one of the owners). He was patient with me, friendly, professional and communicative. He texted a quote to me within an hour. I called with questions, which he readily answered. The quote included a waived diagnostic (apparently, a typical OBD II reader won't assess a hybrid, regenerative ABS system). The quote also included a refurbished or remanufactured part (in efforts to save me money, this was proposed), but I stated that I preferred a new part for such a critical function as braking. He quickly obtained price with a new part, and sent me a new quote. I affirmed the quote. The very next morning I brought my car in. Within 4 hours my vehicle was ready (fortunately he stated that towards the end of the month, they are typically not as busy as earlier in the month, so I lucked out!)! Overall, the value was great! Per Google AI, "Replacing an ABS actuator and pump module assembly with a new OEM part for a 2004 Toyota Prius at a dealership typically costs between $3,000 and $5,200 total for parts and labor", but my bill was less than $3K, so a significant savings! I am so happy to have found an honest, efficient, professional and friendly hybrid mechanic specialist shop! Thank you Best Deal Hybrid! Thank you Hisham!
