I can't speak about their other locations, but this location by far is one of the worst I've ever…read morebeen to! Which is why I stopped going two years ago, but then I decided to give it another chance. DR BRIAN J. DAVIS was the doctor I was seeing at the time and when I call myself going back there to see him again on an emergency basis he wasn't there, so I saw the substitute dentist who was DR STRAUSS. THIS MAN was so UNPROFESSIONAL it was PROFOUNDLY DISTURBING! He stood two to three feet away from me and told the dental assistant to just take an x-ray. He came back and told me about one problem but never actually looked in my mouth and explain to me the reason why I was there in the first place which was another problem! He never addressed or cared to discuss the gravity of my situation! There was ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY or CONCERN WHATSOEVER to alleviate my fears of what was wrong! I asked the receptionist to please have my dentist Dr Davis call me so I could have discussed it with him since Dr STRAUSS was the Substitute dentist in the first place. DR. DAVIS NEVER RETURNED my CALL and it was DEFINITELY INTENTIONAL, because when I called back a second time that day to make sure he'd call, the receptionist informed me the message was right there in PLAIN VIEW on his desk! HE INTENTIONALLY NEVER CALLED. Didn't bother to waste his time. Two days later I received a letter in the mail telling me due to the breakdown of the doctor patient relationship he decided to no longer be my dentist!?? I haven't seen this man in 2 years or longer and the BLATANT APATHY, DISREGARD, and DISRESPECT HE EXHIBITED TOWARDS ME as a patient by not even bothering to waste his precious time to even return my call, then dropping me as a patient of his distinctively shows what kind of doctors are running this office and the REPREHENSIBLE DISGUSTING way they treat their clients! Attempting to call the office for a logical explanation that actually makes some sense of what transpired, I couldn't reach them due to the fact that the receptionist kept hanging up on me and when she finally decided to answer my call and I asked why I kept getting hung up on, according to her it was a "bad connection" . I asked to speak to Dr Davis once more & in her words "oh sorry he's not in he left early.".... I will be getting in contact with the New York state board of dentistry because in this instance when it's all said and done and getting down to it I definitely suspect TOTAL BIAS and if in fact this office is bias it's going to get a whole lot worse, let's see if Dr Davis leaves early when THEY CALL HIM.......
