My fiancé called and left a voicemail message, which she did not respond to. He called the next day, and she answered and said that she thought she had returned all of her calls. So frustrating!

Good lord I wish I could give 0 stars!…read more Last year was my first full year living in Washington, after going through our taxes at the beginning of the year, my wife and I were quite surprised we owed over $5 grand! It is what it is, this is my problem. After consulting with this place, they told us to make some changes on our forms to not have to pay for the following year. July comes and we check in to see if we're on pace to not pay for next year. To our surprise, we are told we are on pace to owe just under 4 grand. Apparently some miscalculations on their part to correct our situation made things just 20% better. How are the people who are suppose to be perfect make this big of a mistake? Like I said, 0 stars.

Christa Smith is amazing! In addition to being a sharp, energetic, and pleasant person, Christa isn't afraid to challenge you and force you to take a hard look at what you're doing in regards to your branding strategies. Personally, she has helped me reinforce and achieve further clarity on the "why" behind what I do (wealth management) and she has really helped me develop the always-important 10, 30, or 60-second personal commercials or elevator pitch. Additionally, she did a thorough review and audit of my entire online presence and social media pages. She exposed me to many new tips, tricks, and need-to-know pieces of information, all of which have helped me greatly. If you, or someone you know, is looking for a consultant who won't give you a bunch of "fluff" about your current strategies - but WILL give you an honest evaluation and steps to fix whatever is holding you back, Christa is your go-to gal. Needless to say, I would HIGHLY recommend Christa's services and her Mastermind Group coaching concept to anyone who is committed to branding themselves and take their business and brand strategies to the next level.
