AnnMarie is absolutely amazing!!! She helped me dramatically improve my career, gain confidence,…read moreand feel happier! Working with AnnMarie was the best decision I have made for myself in a long time. I so appreciate her ability to dig into deep-rooted issues (like my limiting beliefs), understand why/how they present themselves in my life so I can overcome/accept them, then she helped me put an organized actionable plan together so I can go on to reach my personal/professional goals. In early 2021, I knew I needed a better job. I was really struggling, had extremely low confidence, lack of direction... feeling so sad. I decided to research life coaches, and when I spoke with AnnMarie, I knew right away that she was going to be a great fit for me. Her positivity, ability to understand both the emotional and career aspects of my needs, and business transparency, was why I decided to move forward with her services. In the first meeting, AnnMarie helped me hone in on my goals, (my north stars) that kept me moving forward for the next 7 months as we worked together. Each time we met, she kept those important goals in sight and helped me stay on my path. With her coaching and support, I was able to finally land a great new job (!!) - AND not only that I found joy and confidence in myself again along the way. I gained so much confidence and clarity about myself during her sessions, she challenged me to think deeply about my limiting beliefs and how I can reframe them so I am not defined by them. We did on the spot practice with tough interview questions or work situations, discussed family dynamics and how I can better approach them in the future, and assigned applicable "tasks" or follow up work that I could look into in between sessions (and she checked in on my progress to see how things were going). AnnMarie, is compassionate and thoughtful, she really listened and helped me stay on track with my goals. I have become a much stronger, more confident, and happier person because of my work with AnnMarie. I am grateful for her guidance and coaching - I would absolutely, 100% recommend AnnMarie to anyone in my life!

What an incredible honor to have found AnnMarie and work with her. When the pandemic had me…read morecompletely rethinking my career and also feeling incredibly unmotivated, I decided to seek out a business coach to help get me back on track. After interviewing with several and not really feeling like their services aligned with what I needed, someone suggested that what I really needed was a "life coach". "A life coach?!" I thought "that sounds so...fluffy". But after so many failed business coach attempts I decided to Google "life coach Seattle" and found AnnMarie. I was drawn to her experience as a therapist and a life coach and we set an appointment. I cried when we finished - she asked questions of me I hadn't ever considered before. That no other business coach or leader had asked of me. I knew immediately I would hire her, but what I didn't know then was what an incredible impact she would have on not only my life but my career. What I realized after we started working together was that the business coaches were so narrowly focused on just that - the business side of things. They could help me build out a plan to advance my career. But what they couldn't do was expertly blend that with what I was feeling and needing in my personal life. You see, the pandemic took me from traveling every week and missing my children's and husband's lives to being present at home. After a year of floundering I had to ask myself tough questions - was it time to find a different career that would allow me to spend more time with my family? But what about all of the hard work I poured into this career to get to the place I was? AnnMarie was there for all of it. She helped me strategize about what I liked about the family side. She pushed me to think about things in ways I'd never considered before. Prior to hiring AnnMarie, my husband would be my sounding board and after a year of hearing the same feelings surface over and over again, he and I both agreed that AnnMarie was exactly what I needed. So we started working together and we agreed on a set of goals and she set out to help me accomplish them, all the while taking detailed notes of our meetings that I could access through her Coach Accountable online platform (which I absolutely loved - all of our notes, goals, action items - all on a digital platform I could access anytime). When our first session of 5 was complete I realized two things - I not only accomplished the goals we set out to accomplish together and felt better at the end of those 5 sessions than I had in 12 months, but also that I absolutely needed AnnMarie as a sounding board on an ongoing basis. So the end of our 5 sessions began a relationship that has now spanned many many months together. AnnMarie has helped me navigate my career - everything from working through whether to stay or to go (I chose to stay, and she helped me realize I actually could have both family and career - I just needed better time management), as well as how to navigate a job offer that came quickly on the heels of deciding to stay (which, I am convinced the job offer was largely due to the confidence I now felt after working with AnnMarie). All through this I have been so grateful to have someone by my side, expertly guiding me through these major life decisions all helping me do it with ease and confidence. She has also been an amazing advocate in my personal life. She's helped me improve communication with my husband and create a way to think about calendar blocking and time management that has improved my efficiency at work and as such, has given me more time with my family. I can't speak highly enough about AnnMarie. If you are thinking about a life or business coach, set up the 20 min free session and get to know her. You won't be disappointed!!!

Kate really blew me away in that first short session! She was so friendly and authentic, I felt really comfortable with her right away---more like I was sitting with a familiar friend than someone I had never met. She picked up on A LOT of details about me and different things going on in my life (health issues, living situation, family relationships) without me even telling her anything about me or asking a specific question, and she was spot on! She has an incredible gift yet is truly a genuine, humble and kind person. Her energy is so warm and inviting, she absolutely radiates light. Her communication style is very thoughtful, and her sensitivity really comes through. We touched on some pretty heavy topics and she asked my permission to speak freely and openly about such topics before diving right in. At the same time she really says it like it is and doesn't censor any of the information she gets, which I appreciate. Of course the mini session left me wanting more and within a month or two I saw her again for a 1-hour session during which we had time to dive deep into a variety of topics. I recently checked in with her again for another session and was again completely blown away by how validating and affirming the information she shared was. I highly recommend Kate whether you are just curious about intuitive readings or have had readings in the past. I will be a repeat customer!
