She didn't start my son on the starting dose of Prozac and he got very sick from it. There is a major drug interaction between Cymbalta and Prozac. Our primary doctor and pharmacist were shocked when they heard that she prescribed these two medication together and recommended against taking them together. Since Dr. Thomas came highly recommended, my son did as he was told. Today he saw a psychiatrist and she was shocked that he was on these two medications and immediately told him that there are life threatening side effects. He is stopping the Prozac immediately. If you care about your life, don't go to this doctor. She is a strange one on top of all of this. She seems very medicated herself.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. My first appointment was with Tresa Davis. I happened to be off work that day and was driving home when my appointment started. Without asking any questions, she immediately said she needed to reschedule me. I pulled over right away and explained that I had never been told I couldn't be driving during the appointment. After going back and forth, even after I had safely pulled over, she still insisted on rescheduling. A few days later, I had another appointment with Basia, and that experience felt like a high-pressure sales pitch. I felt pushed to make a decision and schedule a procedure during the consultation, even though I had not even had a consultation with the doctor who would actually be performing it. I was presented with different pricing options and told that scheduling sooner would get me a discount, while waiting a month would cost more. I explained that I planned to pay half in cash, but Basia encouraged me to apply for financing instead. I felt pressured to apply, even though I only intended to see whether I qualified. The application required additional banking or payment information to initiate payments. I didn't have my debit card with me, but I was still encouraged to log into my banking app and complete the process. Even afterward, I continued receiving messages pushing me to finish the application. Ultimately, I decided NOT to schedule the procedure because the entire experience felt forced and sales-driven. A few days later, Basia contacted me again asking if I was ready to schedule. When I said no, she told me that because I had already applied for financing, I would be responsible for repaying the loan even if I never scheduled the procedure. I contacted PatientFi and discovered that the financing had already been disbursed, and my first payment was coming up in a couple of weeks. I then contacted the office to ask them to cancel the financing, but they told me that wasn't possible because I had filed a dispute and asked me to cancel it. When I contacted PatientFi, they said they had never heard of the situation being described that way and advised me to keep the dispute open while they contacted the office. Thankfully, I eventually received confirmation that the loan had been canceled. The office had been given until October 17 to respond, and I can only speculate about why the process took as long as it did. My biggest issue is that I never scheduled a procedure, yet I ended up dealing with financing, a dispute, and the stress of potentially having to make payments for a procedure I never agreed to move forward with. Cosmetic procedures are a big decision, and patients should feel informed, comfortable, and free to take their time--not pressured into financing or making an immediate commitment. I also have concerns about the doctors featured on the company's Instagram and whether they are still affiliated with the practice or hold the appropriate board certifications. Please do your own research and independently verify any provider's credentials before committing. This was MY personal experience, and I'm sharing it so others can ask questions, carefully review any financing paperwork, and understand exactly what they are agreeing to before proceeding. Please do your research and make sure you feel comfortable before scheduling. No cosmetic procedure is worth feeling pressured into a financial commitment you're not ready to make.

This review is for the medical practice rather than Dr. Tenenbaum himself…read more I've been a patient of Dr. Tenenbaum (technically one of his physician's assistants...you know the deal) for about 3 years. My medical history is pretty normal, so there isn't much to cover here: go in, get blood work done, get reminded that I have such-and-such value that is slightly above the norm for the population. Rinse, repeat. What drove me away from this practice (other than the 2020 pandemic...) is that Dr. Tenenbaum transitioned his practice to...concierge medicine. This artificially reduces the number of available physicians in the area, ultimately driving up medical costs for patients who do not necessarily need 24/7 support. I cannot ethically support this business practice, despite having the privilege of being able to pay an extra $200/mo for a service that I will likely not benefit significantly from...at least in the short term. I request that physicians reconsider going 100% concierge and consider a hybrid practice model. Allow those who cannot afford concierge medicine the ability to unlock a variety of physicians in the area. Healthcare is challenging enough as it is in this country...please don't add to the problem.

However, I knew that Dr. Feldman would be just the right fit for both of them because I too had already experienced her wonderful care. When joining her practice years ago, my husband and I were surprised to find that Dr. Feldman adopted the same work ethic we remembered from childhood--the days when our GP would phone us at home to check up on us. She cared about the root of the problem and investigating our symptoms until she could suggest the correct course of action. For this reason, I knew that she could help my parents--especially my father whom I felt was on a downward spiral as a result of bad medical advice. She took on the challenge immediately, and within two days of treatment my dad began to improve. Apart from recommending her own course of treatment for various health issues, she knew exactly which doctors would be good for my dad. She referred him to the best, and made sure that he was seen in a timely manner. There is no such thing as a disappointing visit at Dr. Feldman's office; her willingness to listen and solve problems is refreshing in a field where one hardly gets more than three minutes with a doctor per visit. The team in her office is spectacular; Ariel and Claudia always answer the phone; rarely is there a need to leave a message, but if we do--their response is instant. My initial experience with Sam, the nurse practitioner, and the physician assistant was very pleasant. They were warm, professional, and made me feel optimistic that I had found a family practice where I could establish long-term care. Unfortunately, my experience changed after my laboratory results became available. A receptionist named Britney called me and immediately began discussing my results without first asking whether I was in a private place or prepared to receive medical information. I was at work and had to interrupt her and ask her to wait while I moved somewhere private. I had assumed she was calling only to schedule a follow-up appointment. I believe staff members discussing medical information should always confirm that the patient is able to speak privately before sharing results. When I returned for my follow-up appointment, there also appeared to be some confusion at the front desk. Although I had confirmed my appointment the previous day, the doctor stated that he had not known I was coming and had taken another patient before me. He apologized, but the delay made me late for work. Once I was called back, the process felt rushed. I was quickly directed onto the scale and then placed in a room with a medical student. I was not asked whether I was comfortable having a student participate in my appointment. The student repeatedly described my hormonal status in a way that did not match what I had previously been told, and our discussion about vitamin D supplementation felt dismissive rather than collaborative. I was also uncomfortable with the student shifting and rocking from side to side in my peripheral vision while the doctor discussed some concerning health information. That made an already stressful conversation more difficult. Later, when the doctor returned and spoke with me privately, the interaction was much more comfortable. He was pleasant, made eye contact, explained things more clearly, and ultimately did a good job addressing my concerns. I wish the receptionist had demonstrated a better understanding of patient privacy, that I had been asked for consent before a medical student joined the appointment, and that the visit had not felt so rushed. Staffing problems, scheduling confusion, and the absence of a manager may explain why the office was having a difficult day, but patients should not have to absorb the consequences. Overall, the doctor handled the appointment well toward the end, and my first visit with the other clinical staff had been positive. I spent considerable time researching family-practice physicians because I hoped to establish ongoing care here. For that reason, I am willing to give the doctor and the office another chance before deciding whether this practice is the right fit for me.
