When I quietly gathered my things and slipped out, she followed me into the men's changing room, became physically confrontational, and ended up by literally throwing all my stuff out into the hallway. Customers write a petition to appeal, and the Sarah managing all this writes back to deflect onto any issue but not the one we raised about why its worth upsetting so many users for save £2k.
