(Nobody had said we wouldn't be allowed to leave while the class was in progress--I wouldn't have gone in if so). When I quietly gathered my things and slipped out, she followed me into the men's changing room, became physically confrontational, and ended up by literally throwing all my stuff out into the hallway. I was very distressed, and my *actual* health was put at risk. A really shocking and upsetting experience.

Customers write a petition to appeal, and the Sarah managing all this writes back to deflect onto any issue but not the one we raised about why its worth upsetting so many users for save £2k. A number of us left and are very happy in our new club now for almost a year.
