Was told he did, but cut me off fairly quickly and claimed based on his own medical condition that it was impossible for this to have happened. Pointed out that he could pull up medical journals, etc that could point out what he was saying wasn't accurate, then he quickly backtracked and claimed he wasn't trying to say that my issue wasn't caused by the hospital, but they don't know if it was because they don't have enough information. I pointed out that if he hadn't interrupted me when I had barely started giving him that information, he would have had all the information he needed. All in all, very rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. Clearly only interested in money and their win ratio, not in helping people. The language "not the kind of case we're interested in" is a big tip off for these kind of people.
