Mr. Ofseyer was engaged in an initial meeting. It was a good meeting, he showed that he knew some…read moreestate planning things, but was hung up on the Heggsted rule. My Trustee engaged Mr. Ofseyer and then we discovered that he simply didn't understand the Heggsted rule, that it only was applicable to people that died (not our case), and that he simply was trying to show expertise when there was none. To make matters worse, he emailed my other attorney about when they would be back from vacation (several times) and ate up nearly $1000 in these emails, without even looking at the Trusts!! I then got notice that my attorney had left our Family Law case, so Mr. Ofseyer decided to also let us go (even though he was independent and not attached to the case). Extremely non-professional and I would NEVER recommend an attorney to someone who portrayed excellence when in fact their moral compass was so skewed. There are other attorney's out there - do not hire one that values your case, and money, so low on the spectrum. And above all, make sure they have a personality - it's very odd to meet with someone who has none. Other than that, Mr. Ofseyer was brilliant!!! :)

Attorney Garcia took my difficult case when many other lawyers I contacted were "too busy". Attorney Garcia was honest and forthright in estimating the probability of win in court and he over performed with a resulting dismissal of the suit. It was excellent and got the suit dismissed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I hired Mr. Garcia to handle an eviction involving a problematic tenant. I was assured the…read morepaperwork would be handled promptly. Instead, he sat on it. By the time anything was done, the tenant had already moved out ( mind you that was 2 1/2 months or maybe even 3 months, after I hired this ambulance chaser ) leaving me with thousands of dollars in losses, due to the loser squatting in my house for 5 months rent free. Yet, mr Garcia Then claimed he would pursue a judgment--gathering my information, photos, etc. yet another promise that went nowhere. When the case finally appeared on the calendar, the confusion and panic coming from his office made it painfully clear that nothing had been handled properly. Shortly after, I received paperwork showing the case was no longer being handled by his office. Not surprise at all. Nor did I actually care, because at that point, I found an amazing attorney who actually cares (yet best for Mr Garcia to use his own time & money and file the paperwork then me - and that's just what he had to do). This wasn't a simple oversight from Mr Garcia . It's a pattern of his negligence. Based on my experience, and on the similar stories shared by others ( who private messaged me ) , I cannot recommend his services to anyone. He's very lazy at his job. Don't say I didn't warn ya!
