I LOVE David Komie Law group! Honestly, if I could add even more stars... I would! A while back when someone hit my car, I initially signed up with Thomas J Henry injury attorney strictly because they popped up on Google first. I should have actually did some research and decided that way. I will never again decide based on who comes up on Google first because Thomas J Henry was quick to get me to sign up and sign their contract, but then I didnt hear anything from them for over a week. I wanted to get started and explain what happened while it was still fresh in my mind, but it seemed like they didnt want anything except to have me sign their contract. My sister told me about David Komie, her mother in law had used them in the past and had nothing but great things to say about David Komies staff, so I reached out to them just to ask some questions and see if I was able to switch from Thomas J Henry to them. Turns out, even after you sign up with one injury attorney company, you can still switch if you need to! The gentleman named Rey at David Komie's office had literally answered all my questions and had been so nice, even when he knew that I had already signed up with a different company. He was still more than happy to help me navigate everything. And then I explained to him how unhappy I was with TJH and how I wished I never signed up with them because I cant get them on the phone and they hadn't reached out in over a week! He informed me that even though I signed up with them to represent me, I am still able to switch attorneys at any time. I ended up deciding to switch to David Komies office because of soo many reasons! I loved that when I called, I could speak with someone pretty much anytime! I loved how they didnt try to pressure me into anything. I absolutely loved how they still were happy to answer all my questions even when they knew at the time, I was signed up with another company. I love how the gentleman named Rey offered to come to my house to speak in person and go over their agreement together. I love how every time I called. The staff were incredibly nice.and helpful. Now, fast forward to now and we are completing the settlement process literally this week! David Komie's office helped to get me all the treatment and care that I needed for my fractured spine and herniated discs that were a result from the car crash. They let me decide what I wanted to do and what I didn't want to do and never once tried to pressure me or talk me into doing something that I didnt want to do. They also got me the full amount of the insurance policy and then some! My back is feeling much better nowadays and we are about to get a nice big check to help us with buying our first house! I would recommend David Komie to anyone and everyone as they helped turn a horrible and painful situation into a great ending and an ending where I am almost sad that our relationship is ending! But if I ever get into another car wreck I know exactly what to do and who to call and thay will always be David Komie!!! read more

I hired the law office of David Komie to handle a personal injury claim due to an auto accident. From the initial consultation with David Komie law I felt confident that I would get compensated for the injuries I sustained due to this accident. I was referred to David Komie law by someone I worked with so I decided to give them a call. When the accident occurred I contacted several other attorneys and none of them wanted to help me but Attorney David Komie did! When the case was nearing completion Sam did a great job communicating with me and gave me peace of mind that I was going to be more than satisfied with the settlement and he was right! I am so grateful and completely satisfied with the law of David Komie and his competent staff for making me feel heard and by being relentless with the other party's insurance company. I highly recommend giving him a call if other attorneys were not able to assist you or you need a great, kind and understanding attorney! They will definitely do whatever they can to get you a great outcome. I appreciate you so much and thank you David Komie law! Y'all made my year! read more

I never really leave reviews but I had to come on here to give a big thanks to David Komie's Law Group! Everyone who works there is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind! I wanted to explain how great of an experience I had with David Komie's team this time around versus a different bigger corporation a few years back! The differences between the two were night and day! At David Komie's, I get called instead of always having to call them. They had me signed up for therapy and treatment a lot faster. I loved being able to call David Komie's office and speak eith the same one or two people who already knew me and my case, versus calling into the other injury attorney I used a few years ago where it seemed like every time I called in I spoke with a different person and kept having to explain myself over and over again. I also loved how transparent David and his team are and how they gave me options instead of trying to pressure me into things! If I need an injury attorney again in the future, I will only call David Komie's because I know they will be there to help me! read more

I had a great experience with this law firm after my accident. The entire team was professional, supportive, and very communicative throughout the whole process. I especially want to recognize Sam, who truly went above and beyond. He helped with absolutely everything and kept in frequent contact with me so I always knew what was going on. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable, and he made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Annette was also wonderful. She helped coordinate my medical appointments and made everything so simple and much less stressful. She is incredibly sweet and helpful, and I really appreciated her kindness. Matt took the time to clearly explain the process and the next steps in my case. He was very patient, kind, and made sure I understood everything. I'm very grateful for the support from these 3 team members and highly recommend them to anyone needing help after an accident. read more

David is outstanding. He's prompt in all his communication, always extremely knowledgeable, and whenever something comes up outside his immediate expertise, he quickly and helpfully pointed me in the right direction without any hesitation. I saw some reviews that I questioned... but after working with him personally, I found out those were fake, some were people who were never actual clients. That's exactly why I'm taking the time to post this review. As someone who's needed his expertise and gone through the process, I can say David is calm, clear, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. He returns calls promptly, explains things in plain language I could actually understand, and handles everything with true professionalism. I have zero reservations recommending him. David is the attorney you want on your side. If you're hesitant because of a few odd reviews, trust me: go with him. You won't be disappointed. read more

David and all of his employees make up the best law firm and I am so glad that my friend recommended me to his office. He completed my case a little bit ago, making the overall experience a pretty quick and successful one. Not to mention easy, as they did all the work and I just focused on going to my appointments and getting my body back to normal. His staff is so nice and they were always on top of it and working extremely hard to get me the best outcome possible. Even all of the Doctors that he referred me to were amazing! I had soo many questions and David and his team never made me feel like I was asking too many, which I definitely appreciate. I wish there was more that I could do to say thanks to them all, but I figured the least I could do was leave a review. If anyone is unsure about which law firm to hire, David Komie's office is by far the best option read more

Have seen the billboards for years. My wife got in a bad crash and we needed an attorney. We first tried one of those other ones, but talking to call center people in India did not instill confidence. David's office was much faster to respond and someone even came to our home to meet in person. We did hit some problems, but then David personally stepped in and took over her case and we only had to talk to him. Smooth from that point on. David ended up getting us much more money, even after lawyer fees, than we would have gotten from the insurance company. Highly Recommended and did not cost us a dime! read more

David and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I was a little stressed thinking about the entire process, but once we actually started, everything was very easy on my end. They assured me that they would do all the hard work, while I just focused on my health and getting better. Also would like to give a thanks to Annette for working so closely with me and always keeping me in the loop. As well as Sam who handled my case towards the end and he was just all around amazing. Thanks to everyone who helped me and my case and thanks for getting me such a large settlement amount. read more

The whole team stayed diligent the whole way through my case. My truck needed a new transmission after my accident and they fought my insurance to make that happen so that my family and I could drive safely again. They got me into the doctors office and physical therapy so that I could move my neck again too. They were immensely helpful and I would recommend anyone to them. read more

Worst Lawyer in town, they lie and never have the same people working at their office when you call you get the run around. I hired them to help me on my car accident case and I should have listen to the bad reviews, the lawyers that were working on my case I found haven't worked here in months. Don't go to these people they will mess up your case. read more
