Dr. T came to the hospital to deliver my daughter on 4th of July weekend in 2021 when he was getting ready to relax and fire up the grill with his family. That was so special to my husband and I. He didn't have to do that, but he is committed to his patients! That alone made us come back for our son's pregnancy. The nurses and receptionist are so kind, and they do their best to keep us informed about our concerns.

I just wanted to make an Appt and be done. I made the appointment for my women's well exam and was advised that I would be seeing the Nurse Practitioner for my appointment. Personally, I have always preferred the nurse practitioner with any specialist because they seem to have great bedside manner. The night before my appointment, I looked up the address and came across these yelp reviews. I came real close to calling and cancelling because of the negative reviews. I went anyway and just wanted to get it completed. I am so glad I went! The NP that assisted me was amazing. She listened to me, provided excellent advice on my questions and also provided things that I wasn't even aware of. I seriously will be going to this office now for any and all obgyn related needs I have. The negative reviews I read appear to be pretty old, a year or older. I am thinking they may have new office staff because everyone was great.

I really liked her bio on the clinic's website. They took my insurance so I decided to make an appointment. So glad I did! Everyone I spoke to was really great, from the check-in desk, to Kaylie (the Dr's assisting nurse) to Dr. Smith herself. Both Kaylie and Dr. Smith were very warm and friendly. They listened to me attentively, answered my questions and I never felt rushed. Neither were condescending to me even if I probably asked questions they hear many times on a daily basis. left feeling really taken care of.

Doctor Milners bedside manner is very caring and kind. He always does the examination and then, takes you into his office to discuss any questions you might have. None of that awkward in the chair stuff. He's very respectful of your dignity. He's also respectful of your experience! I've worked with midwives and he has been a backup Doctor to at least one. He believes in an alternative birth plan. Lol, meaning a Natural birth if you decide that's what you want! He listens to your opinions, I didn't want an episiotomy, so he agreed that we could stretch the skin to try and avoid one. (Side note: No one having a 9# 1/2oz human can avoid one) I felt like I was in charge, yet backed up by an amazing and knowledgeable team leader who wasn't going to let me screw it up! I tried to get in for my "Womanlies" recently. I'm disabled and on a Medicare replacement. Unfortunately he does not participate. I think I know why.... (Thanks Obamacare!!!) I'm going to try and pay cash to get in. That's how much I respect and admire Doctor Milner. After the birth of my son, every Woman in my L&D was switching to Doctor Milner. I had/have Dr Emily Laberge + she just helped me deliver my son last week. I can't not rave about Dr Laberge enough, she listens + is very intentive to details that matter TO YOU! You can also tell that she loves what she does + it shows through her compassion + patience. This whole office also got a huge upgrade from the pics you see on here! It's beautiful + very spacious inside. From check in to check out the entire staff has been so nice + helpful + gone out of their way for me one way or the other. I can't say good things enough about this place. I was so sad when I found that I couldn't have the dr I originally wanted but I'm glad I stayed cos it was a way better experience than the care I received at Kelsey (I know I know, big duh there) but seriously. If I have another baby I will absolutely be coming back here + recommending this office to everyone I know.

At the time I was only 11 weeks pregnant and had already completed an ultrasound and lab work for my current pregnancy. I explained multiple times that I had not yet had a full doctor's visit, so there was no additional documentation to provide. Despite this, the receptionists repeatedly insisted that I "should have more paperwork" and refused to listen when I explained that I did not. They denied me as a patient because they claimed there was "not enough data," even though they refused to properly review the documentation I already had. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially during pregnancy when compassion and professionalism matter most. I did not feel cared for or respected at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

I asked for a handicapped tag or something since without it I'd have to walk far at work, and the front desk lady replied "those are really hard to get and there are a lot of people that have it worse than you" That is a terrible thing to say to a terrified pregnant lady, and she didn't even try or care. - most of my scary complications could have been prevented if the doctors and nurses cared. They ignored heavy bleeding and odd things on my ultrasound and took a wait and see approach. When I was rushed to the ER the emergency doctor was surprised at what he saw and I had to have emergency surgery. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED. With my prior insurance, I had a private doctor who never canceled in over 11 years. There were times I had to see his PA or NP, but never total cancelations of days and times of appointments exclusive of a natural disaster. Not only is this disruptive to the patient's schedule, but depending on the provider type and appointment, I may have to wait weeks to reschedule or make a painful drive to another location. One cancelation is an inconvenience. Four times is incompetence.
