Krzyzak Eyecare was recommended more than anyone else, so I decided to give them a try, and I'm very happy that I did. It did take a few months to get in there initially, so if you are reading this and thinking about schedueling an appointment, plan accordingly. While I usually hate waiting, I considered this to be a good sign that people are happy here and that I was making a good choice. For my exam, I met with Dr. Michael Krzyzak, who I felt was very personable and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and what the best options were for my situation. After the exam I met with the absolutely wonderful Alicia, who helped me pick out my new frames and was very thorough in making sure that she had the perfect measurements for my new progressive lenses. When someone knows what they are doing like she did, it adds a whole new level of value to buying your glasses in house, rather than online. And when I came back to pick up my new glasses, she made me feel like a VIP even though I am new to the practice. The whole experience was everything that I could have asked for and I'm so grateful to have found an eyecare team that I have complete confidence in and will now stick with.

Both doctors took the time to explain things so that I understood my eyes, issues, etc... versus my prior eye doctor who would say, "you have astigmatism". With no further explanation. I appreciated the time spent with me and taken to confirm that I had no further questions. I did not feel rushed at any time. The optician who assisted with my contacts was also very nice and patient - if you haven't worn contacts, what a task learning to put them in and out! You've been warned! She was encouraging and never made me feel rushed. They've got a new patient to add to their roster and I would encourage anyone I know to go there too.

But Dr. Knox (Ryan) was just simply too amazing to me and my whole family for years so I couldn't pass this time especially when there's a review that I simply can't agree! I am severely nearsighted (-13) with all kinds of issues..! Searching the perfect customized contacts was a time consuming journey! For one single contact exam fee, I literally had 10 visits for my contacts trying all kinds of different lenses.. I felt horrible feeling like I was Goldie Locks, too tight, too dry, etc!! However throughout those visits not even once Dr. Knox did not greet me without a huge sweet smile (even when I went after hours due to my work schedule)! He went out of his way to get me the 'dream pair' I didn't think they exist for years! He was nothing but angel who also happens to be extremely knowledgeable (with amazing chairside manner) and a compassionate eye professional who has genuine interests helping his patients achieve their best eye condition as possible. Best eye doctor I've ever been to!…read more Dr. Nelson is friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable. I always opt for the first appointment of the day because as with every medical office things happen and get backed up. I've never had any issues getting in and when I've had a problem where I needed to be seen same day they have always found the time. I highly recommend this office!
