Dr Downs is a good surgeon. He did a complete knee replacement for me. If you need to have that type of surgery, go to him.

He explained every detail as well as dispelled mysteries. My Mom was very comfortable communicating with him because he also spoke Mandarin. It has been a year since her surgery (5/2021) and she just had her 1 year follow up - clean, well-healed new hip. During the course leading up to the surgery, post surgery, his office team used multiple ways to check in on my Mom's pain and healing progress. Emails to the office were always promptly answered. My Mom was as staunch "no surgery" advocate. Refused to have surgery for years and met with multiple Specialist, therapists, and surgeon for her pain. Finally, after years of pain, she meets Dr. Yin and now can't stop talking about him. She recommends him to all her friends who is looking for an orthopedic surgeon. Thank you Dr. Yin for taking great care of my Mom!

The original implant positioning was dramatically outside specifications--confirmed by imaging and the actual findings during revision surgery. Even worse, the measurements documented in the original operative report were contradicted by the actual imaging and surgical findings. This isn't speculation or opinion. It was proven by the surgeons who had to fix his work. Both hip components were put in incorrectly and needed replacement. He left me with a disaster that required major reconstructive surgery and a brutal recovery. Five years of pain because this doctor couldn't do the job correctly and couldn't accurately document what he had done. Incompetent, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. Stay away from this doctor.

I was resigned to the fact that I would never be the same again. I was in constant pain, and received very little comfort from pain medication. I needed professional medical care, and pain management. Full Range Spine & Ortho was referred to me. This is where I met Dr. Roy D. Nini and Dr. Paul C. Lee. Upon my first visit I was impressed with the new clean offices. The staff were professional and efficient. They guarded my privacy, and were very attentive. I was slways greeted with a warm smile. The lobby had comfortable seating arrangements, and they provided reading material to pass time. The lobby was never over crowded with patients. Within minutes I was always directed to the rooms where I was to be seen by the doctors. Minutes later the doctor greeted me, shaking my hand. He had a labtop in his possession, constantly taking notes of my complaints. I felt like Dr. Nini and Dr. Lee took a serious approach to my complaints. They were both experienced and well versed in pain management. They did not give me medication and send me on my way. They took a professional medically based approach to my pain and came up with a pain management assessment. I had to have one back proceedure, and three neck procedures which ultimately cure me of my pain. I'm really impressed with the safeguards that were followed. I would recommend this medical facility to anyone that has issues with pain management. Your results may not be as successful as mines was, but you have to give them a try. I'm better than new thanks to these doctors and their staff! .

This time, I chose Corey & Bueller and was fortunate to work with Ro (Roland) for my back and knee pain. Ro is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. He listens carefully, pays attention to how my body responds, and adjusts his approach based on my progress and how I'm feeling. His personalized care has made a real difference. After 12 sessions combining hands-on manual therapy, physical therapy exercises, and a commitment to continuing my exercises at home, I feel stronger, more flexible, and more physically stable. My overall quality of life has improved significantly. I also had the pleasure of working with several PT techs who assisted Roland throughout my treatment. They were all patient, encouraging, and supportive as they helped me learn and perform the exercises. The reception team was equally wonderful--always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone contributed to making my experience a positive one. I only wish I had found Ro sooner! I'm truly grateful for the care and support I received from the entire team at Corey & Bueller. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate physical therapy care.

Exceptional Surgeon Who Gave Me My Life Back!…read more I cannot recommend Dr. Ali highly enough. After struggling with debilitating back pain from my herniated disc, I underwent a bilateral microdiscectomy with Dr. Ali, and the results have truly changed my life. Before surgery, my pain was so severe that I could barely walk or even sit comfortably. It affected my ability to do the simplest everyday activities, and I felt like I couldn't live my life normally anymore. Since having surgery with Dr. Ali, I am completely pain-free! I can walk, sit, and go about my normal day-to-day life again without the pain that once controlled everything I did. I honestly cannot express how grateful I am to have my quality of life back. Dr. Ali is incredibly knowledgeable, and he explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment options. He also has amazing bedside manners. He was kind, patient, compassionate, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. One moment that truly stood out to me happened right before my surgery. I told Dr. Ali that I was experiencing pain on both sides, and he was able to adjust the surgical plan to perform a bilateral microdiscectomy. By doing so, he helped ensure that both sides could be addressed at once, saving me from potentially having to go through another surgery. I am incredibly grateful that he listened to my concerns and acted quickly to provide the best possible care. What truly sets Dr. Ali apart, beyond his surgical skills, is how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He was available even on weekends when I needed help managing my pain medication, and knowing that I could reach out and receive support outside of regular office hours meant so much to me. That level of accessibility, compassion, and dedication is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of physician he is. Undergoing spine surgery can be intimidating, especially when you have been living with severe pain, but having a surgeon who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your recovery makes all the difference. I am incredibly thankful that I chose Dr. Ali for my bilateral microdiscectomy. If you are struggling with a herniated disc, sciatica, or debilitating back pain and are considering surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ali. He has given me the ability to return to my normal life without pain, and that is something I will never take for granted. Thank you, Dr. Ali, for your exceptional care, your knowledge, your amazing bedside manner, your availability when I needed you most, and for giving me my life back. You have made a tremendous difference in my life, and I will forever be grateful!

I hope I don't need another surgery, but if I do, I will absolutely return to Dr. Ali. I'm very grateful for the excellent care I've received and continue to receive during my recovery.

Dr. Mayo is a seriously awesome orthopedic surgeon…read more He was my primary orthopod for years. When it was time to get my arthritic ankle "fixed", as in, permanently affixed, he sent me to another doctor. Dr. Mayo said something like, "Well, I certainly know how to "fix" your ankle, but I'd be more comfortable having it done by a guy who only does this one procedure." --- One really must respect that sort of professional attitude? My silly daughter t-boned another auto at the very corner of where Dr. Mayo's practice lies, adjacent to the Placentia Linda Hospital. It was around 4:30 PM when the request came in. Dr. M. rallied to the call, and 20 years later, my daughter's wrist is as supple as could possibly be expected. Dr. Joe Mayo is a rock star. And a brilliant smart ass.

I went to another hospital and finally got answers, and it was a result of surgery that caused the lifelong damage/disability. He couldn't figure it out. So he decided to blame me instead of being able to say that he simply didn't know.
