They were so kind and calming during my visit. Dr. Leong made sure I was comfortable and pain free during the procedure and even called me the next day to check in. I was so impressed with their family like atmosphere and friendliness of the staff, I made the switch to them as my permanent dentist office. I'd highly recommend them. They are efficient, kind and experienced (and were taking on new patients at the time I visited.) Convenient location on Lone Tree with plenty of parking. I'm so happy I found them during my time of need and grateful for their experience and support on a holiday week.

Dr. Reyes has the rudest attitude that I have ever experienced with any dentist, and I have seen…read moreway too many dentist in my lifetime due to constant issues with my periodontal disease. She doesn't listen to my concerns and just talks over me whenever she doesn't want to hear my concerns. Dr. Leong, is also rude like another reviewer had commented about him. He and his daughter (Victoria) would constantly try to nickel and dime me even after spending tens of thousands with them. My temps had fallen off soon after leaving the office and they said it was my fault for eating hard food. It fell off while I was talking, not eating! My teeth were not cleaned thoroughly (told to me by my endodontist after doing Xrays with him) right after Dr. Reyes had cleaned my teeth here. These 2 dentists are just awful and after seeing them for several years (due to convenience and close proximity to my home), I've had enough and decided to find a new dentist Theres just so many things wrong with these guys, so avoid at all cost! You'll thank me later.

This used to be Dr. Dupree's office before he retired. I loved Dr. Dupree. Now there is a new…read moredoctor who took over. Dr. Alazzeh was put to the test after I had to put a crown and one filling. I had one other dentist that scared the beegeebees out of me when his anesthesia and many pokes did not take and I felt the drill going in. That long ago Dr told me to count to 10 and still drilled through! It took me like 5 years before going to another dentist appointment until I found Dr. Dupree! So this new dentist knew my fears and concerns. I wasn't sure if it was my gums or teeth that was the reason the anesthesia didn't take or that he was a new doctor?! So I was really nervous! Dr. Alazzeh, went over everything and reassured me. He was gentle and explained each step. At one point I started to feel sensitivity again and he gave me a bit more anesthesia. Then it was fine and I didn't feel anything! Everything went well- right now it has worn off so it is throbbing at home. The other side was a tiny filling and didn't feel any pain and he used a cold water laser I guess but I didn't need to be poked with any needle or have any anesthesia there which was great! The team working on me was great as well especially Tina- she knows her stuff! I felt in good hands! I was worried when Dr. Dupree retired, but now I can say that Dr. Alazzeh made me feel very comfortable and I trust his care! Also one thing is Anna who works the front desk and Dr. Dupree's wife who is staying on til the transition is done are my favorites! I always worry giving important info to others especially at doctors or dentists offices to people who I don't know. I worry info can be compromised. But these two ladies I trust and over the years I know they are trustworthy and I feel they are safe and careful with your information which I appreciate! So I'm not going anywhere else- they got a good thing going here! They checked all my boxes of integrity, trustworthiness, competence, skills, kindness, etc! They are also a bunch of very attractive ladies that do their jobs well to. Shirani's experience and expertise in the dental field is unmatched in my opinion, my family and I have been going to him for years and have never been left in pain. Over the past 10 yrs I have been to several dentist in the Antioch area, who have done to say the least mediocre work that Der. Shirani has corrected. Not only corrected but never ever throwing the other dentist under the bus. His other absolutely Gorgeous dentist, whom name evades me "sorry" is a tru- BOSS!!! I usually don't leave negative reviews but i was pretty disappointed with the way I was greeted on the phone by the receptionist when I needed to change my appointment. I never cancelled last minute & always wanted to reschedule in hopes of being able to be seen. Completely rude. Just a reminder that the person who's answering the phone is making an impression on future patients. Especially ones like me who were coming to you out of network. Disappointing experience.

I would rate higher, but felt the communication needs to be improved for patients. At least, in this incident. I have never had a whitening, so I didn't know what to expect. She began to do the procedure without explaining what she was going to do. I stopped her to ask her what she was going to do. This made me feel uneasy throughout the visit. Other than the lack of information and communication, I felt she did a efficient, professional job. The follow up visit, I was given my whitening material to take home. Dr. Wu discussed fully what I was to do, and answered all my questions. He was thorough and patient. I appreciated his calm mannerism as he discussed everything. I will recommend this place in the future.

From the courteous and thoughtful front desk, to the kind and compassionate Technicians and Dentist. My daughter(16) said this is the first office that has asked about her comfort. She has TMJ and cleanings/fillings can be painful. They continuously asked how she was gave her breaks and scheduled her with extra time and days to allow for the breaks.
